i always get the same order and this place always gets it wrong. i ask for chick quesadillas with extra sauce because i never get any sauce on them when i dont ask. you would that thatd solve it since im paying for more sauce but i still get no sauce. same thing when i add extra chicken. ill get the flattest quesadillas i could imagine. something as basic as “no onions” on my girls spicy chicken wraps and instead i get a bunch of onions and no lettuce with one of them having a crubling tortilla. just feels like nobody cares. had multiple times i come back and tell them they messed up my order only for them to act half concerned and turn around and do it again. if i didnt like cookout i wouldnt ever be there. i feel like at some point theyd hire capable employees that can read tickets but maybe i need to get in that kitchen and show them how to cook.

I only ordered a chocolate banana shake and when I received my shake it had what felt like about a quarter of a banana in it and it had no chocolate in it whatsoever also there was about a 2 inch blonde hair in my milkshake that is disgusting. I live 30 minutes from this cookout and I was not going to turn around and have them fix it but I am very disappointed. On top of that the staff were arguing.

My husband and I ordered 2 hamburgers, one with ketchup, pickles and onions, and another with ketchup, lettuce and pickles, Onion rings and a large pop plus a hot dog with ketchup and mustard. This is what we got 2 hamburgers with mustard. We did not ask for mustard on 2 hamburgers and onions should have not been on one. We also ordered a hot dog that came with chili sauce and coleslaw, which we did not ask for either. Only wanted ketchup and mustard on it. Paid $17 for this mistake..

This place is absolutely awesome. The cheddar style burgers are phenomenal. We had, onion rings, cheese bites, cheese and cheeseburger quesadillas and all were so good. Our food was served incredibly fast and piping hot. We also got an Oreo and a peach cobbler shake that were both super thick so you definitely need a spoon and they were excellent. Can employees wear really friendly and patient with a customer who was there for the very first time and was having a hard time navigating the menu lol.

One of the WORST cookout locations I’ve ever been to.
Cookout has always been one of my favorite places to eat, but this one has basically ruined my love for the restaurant.
I’ve called corporate multiple times, filed multiple complaints, seemingly for nothing.
Every single time I go here there’s something wrong; whether it being completely incorrect, differently priced each time (even though I always get the same thing), no sauces even after requesting them, rude staff, receiving basically no sides(ex: 2 maybe 3 onion rings if that’s my side of choice), and overall just poor service.

Good food, crazy good prices. Under $11 for a burger with bacon cheese and a ton of stuff, a beef quesadilla, like 8 hushpuppies, and a huge drink lol.
The girl handed me the wrong order, didnt notice till i got back. Food was good, came back the next day and actually got the order i wanted..
Both were fire, 10/10 recommend

All 3 milkshakes were watery! 1order of fries were burnt and Luke warm asked for fresher ones and the 2ones were what I received! The last 3 times our food has either not been right or cold! I don’t know who is managing but it’s a shame to have to pay for product like this! I can say we won’t be back!

The food is what you’d expect from a fast food restaurant. However, their shakes are better than most. We’ve always encountered friendly staff and never had a long wait. Cook Out is located on the right hand side as you are going toward the Atlantic beach bridge and is right before Taco Bell and Cox restaurant which are the last restaurants on the right side before getting to the bridge.

The best grilled cheddar chicken I had. Normally it loop warm and chewy. This one was fresh hot, and cooked well. The cashier was wonderful as well. The young man was so polite. I know what shift to return on (night crew).
However, I do wish they would put ranch more ranch on ranch wrap. You could hardly see or taste it.

Disappointed. I ordered 2 sides of cheese bites with my cook out tray. As you can see in the picture it barely looks like 1 side.
There was a time when my trays were filled to where they would barely close. Now, you can barely find the food in the tray.
