We all enjoyed our meals at the Filling Station! I got the Hangover Burger, while my other party members got either mushroom and swiss sandwiches or cheese burgers. I was excited to find the Hangover on the menu, as it seems like a rare commodity in the bars and restaurants I’ve visited.
While the food was great, service was slow and inaccurate. Our server kind of just blew off her mistakes and spent a lot of her time sitting at the bar seemingly on her phone.

I love the food there but today i had these Rueben Eggrols and sweetcorn bites and OOHHH MAN WERE THESE THE BOMB!!! And Beth makes a good happy drink. Love that chic!!

I had a couple different food items. The most bland and flavorless burger, dry wings. No seasonings on the burger, no seasonings on the other foods. I did not enjoy it. The atmosphere was old and boring. Great night bartender, she was constantly asking if we needed anything and checking on us. Just bad food, poor cook.

Stopped on a Thursday evening while waiting for a flight out of Rockford. The burger was 2 smash burger patties, smothered in American cheese, and it was Excellent. Very good homemade mac n cheese, too. I would definitely come back

Good pizza. Great drinks. I’ve been back a few times. However, last visit 1/31 was shitty. Bartender took over 30 minutes to make drinks. Understandable when there’s a million other people around the bar. Kinda hard to be ok with when you pick and choose who to serve completely disregarding how orders for drinks came in. In addition to that our group (being the only Hispanic group there) got both TVs turned off without any reasoning as to why. It’s not like we were being rowdy/drunk we couldn’t even get an order in! Bartended proceeded to ignore being called over giving her back to us (was on the phone) Had to ask security to get the bartender to check up on us. Bartender finally came over we tipped her $50 cash before even closing the tab hoping that would get her to change her attitude towards serving us. Continued to order last round of drinks (2) which took an additional 20 minutes before being made. Overall experience was horrible. Please learn how to be kind and courteous to ALL.
