I Wish I Could Give This Place a 20 Stars! It’s the Best Service I’ve Had In A Very Long Time! Sebastián and Ernesto Were Amazing. Sebastián Definitely Was Very Good At Recommending Items and Explaining Menu items to us. As Well As Ernesto. They make a great team! The Food Was Outstanding! I definitely For once mind paying for the food. It was Incredible! Normally I go to other restaurants and Get disappointed by the service and the foods lack of taste. You definitely won’t find that here! My tastebuds were Definitely Happy! I’m looking forward to going back!

I recently visited Carnicero Steakhouse in Kendall and had a mixed experience. The place itself looks great. The ambiance is modern, stylish, and perfect for a nice night out. Lighting, decor, and overall vibe definitely make a good first impression, and it feels like it should deliver a strong dining experience.
The food, though, was a bit inconsistent. Some dishes had nice flavor and were enjoyable, but others didn’t really stand out. The biggest disappointment was the filet mignon. It did not feel like a true filet mignon in terms of texture or quality, which was surprising for a steakhouse. It just didn’t have that tenderness you expect from that cut. I also ordered a piña colada, and unfortunately it wasn’t very good. The flavor felt off and not well balanced.
Service was okay but not particularly memorable. No one was rude, but it lacked warmth and attention to detail. It didn’t feel polished or attentive the way you would expect at a place with this kind of atmosphere.
The restaurant has potential because the setting is attractive, but the food consistency and service need improvement to truly match the ambiance.

I must say my first time here & my waiter Anthony Hector was spot on with his attention & recommendations. My wife & I enjoyed jamon iberica with cheese, bread and the guava & cheese spreads were really good. We also enjoyed a tabla with a variety of meats, chicken & pork. The mixed sangria of red and white sparkling was a great recommendation by Hector and we finished with piña catalana that was awesome dessert. Thank you Hector for your service & see you soon. i had been dying to try this place out. my mom is a big steak lover so we brought her here for her birthday. the food was delicious. i had the new york strip fried rice and it was so delicious. a perfect mix of salty and a small bit of sweet with maduros. we also ordered the wagyu carpaccio and it was so good!! my grandma had the lobster tail enchilada and that was also delicious. the service was amazing. our server harold was on top of everything and recommended us some of the meals which did not disappoint. i had the guava drink with rum and it was to die for!! definitely coming back again. it was worth every penny.

Wow the good reviews did not disappoint!! We got seated right away and our server Sebastian went over and beyond to make our experience amazing! The vibe was great and very well decided and the bathrooms were spacious and super clean.
We ordered the carpaccio, croquettes, tamales, the food platter with all types of meats with white rice, beans and mashed potatoes on the side… oh and two cocktails and two beers and a Diet Coke. You gotta end a bbq with a Diet Coke 😉

The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered several appetizers to try a variety of dishes, including the wagyu tartare, wagyu carpaccio, garbanzos fritos, tambor de papas, and the croquetas. Every single one was spectacular, full of flavor and beautifully presented. For dessert, we had the casquito de guayaba and the tarta de queso, and both were the perfect way to end the meal.
Everything from the service to the food exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Carnicero Steakhouse Kendall. We will definitely be coming back.

We tried the tamal en hoja, pan con bistec, and pichña with fries, and everything was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The chimichurri sauce can go on anything. It was sooooo good! You can tell they use great ingredients and really care about what they serve. For dessert, we had the Chocolate Lovers, a rich chocolate mousse with white chocolate ice cream and hazelnut crumbs, to die for!
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was exceptional. Our server Rene was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
Definitely one of my new favorite spots in Miami, can’t wait to go back!
