Pomo Pizzeria at Biltmore Fashion Park delivers authentic Neapolitan pies in a lively, stylish setting. The patio seating is perfect on cool Phoenix evenings. Pro tip: order the meatballs; tender, rich, and unforgettable.

I heard that Pomo Pizzeria’s pizza (and their food in general) was supposed to mirror, or closely resemble authentic Roman cuisine. I’ve never been to Rome, but based on the food I tried, I don’t think I would enjoy it. I can tell that they use quality ingredients here, I just think the execution is poor.

The pepperoni pizza I tried was the absolute spiciest pepperoni I’ve ever tasted. It actually ruined the experience for me. Because of how spicy it was, I could barely taste the cheese or sauce. The bread was also slightly denser than I expected it to be, but it worked well enough to cool down the spice from the pepperoni.

As for the Gnocchi, let’s just say I’m glad I didn’t order it for myself. It tasted like raw dough, even though it’s potato pasta. Apparently that’s what its supposed to be, but it was very unappealing to me.

In summary, the high price tag coupled with the strange flavors and small portion sizes, and extremely limited indoor seating, will prevent me from returning.

We eat at the Pomo’s at the Biltmore at least once per month. We normally sit at the bar but last Friday we enjoyed the beautiful weather by sitting on the patio. The food, drinks and atmosphere are fantastic. The staff always makes us feel like we are friends much like we remember from the years we lived in Europe. Mariah was amazing, it was our first time having her as a server but we left feeling like we have known her for years. So glad you opened a location closer to us so we have been able to enjoy Pomo close to home!

Authentic napolitan pizzeria that uses quality ingredients to make their pizza.

I would recommend clarifying that the mozzarella balls are fried, as we were surprised with that. But otherwise it’s always been a superb experience there.

Kudos to waiter Caleb, that dude was awesome! Would be happy to return especially if he was our waiter.

WE LOVE POMO!!!! The pizza, the service, the vibes; all immaculate! Mariah did such a great job, she took such amazing care of us. I know big groups can be difficult but she didn’t bat an eye and gave us the best service. The best time, we will be back!

Had such a fun time at Pomo! Mariah was awesome handling all our requests while we celebrated my coworker’s goodbye happy hour. I love coming here: food is always amazing, and the atmosphere is so much fun!

I came with my family on Tuesday for $10 Tinis and I can’t believe every seat in the place wasn’t full. Marian was incredible (and ever so patiently put up with my questions and substitutions) and was super knowledgeable on the food and beverage menu to be able to make the best recommendations for us. I feel bad because I spoke to the bartenders but can’t remember their names – but we had great conversation and they were super friendly.
Lots of workers there and they all kept busy during the slow time which is nice to see rather than sitting around on their phones.
It was a casual and fun atmosphere and you could tell the staff really enjoyed their jobs and each other. Absolutely delicious food and beverage was the cherry on top. Thank you for a great experience!

I have never been to this location. The Scottsdale location by my house is amazing. However as soon as I arrived at Biltmore location the host decided to tell me what time they close it was one hour and fifteen minutes before closing time. Then they said they had no seating inside so we said we’d wait. The table that was available and I could clearly see, the host that greeted us took so she can eat. I found it super unprofessional. After waiting over 30 min for a table they rushed us to get our order in and I ordered what I usually order in Scottsdale. Absolutely not the same. The shrimp at Scottsdale is the large shrimp. The shrimp there looked like driven mini shrimp and the taste was not remotely the same. I asked the waiter about
It and he said we don’t have the same stuff it’s not consistent across locations. Aside from that the worst part was that the employees seems to be socializing rather than working. I’m not sure if the staff was working or eating but super unprofessional. They didn’t tell us the kitchen was closing so we couldn’t order anything else or dessert. Really disappointing I’ll never go back. Mainly why is the staff hanging out at the tables rather than working and keeping the tables full.

Came for the espresso martini flight and while it was good, I don’t feel it lived up to the hype. The pizza however was superb. Service was good once our server showed but, but waited over 5 min after being sat for someone to come over. We sat outside and the chairs were uncomfortable plastic. Would come again for the pizza but skip the overpriced espresso martinis
