I get that we’re all cutting costs, but the food still has to be worth my money. Coworkers ordered lunch and I had a Turkey Bacon Avocado club that was super bland, basically just a foot-long loaf of squishy “whole wheat” bread stuffed with slimy and graying pre-shredded lettuce. Two little pieces of avocado that had clearly been frozen and thawed (which is fine I guess), 2 tiny thin slices of what I know was pre-cooked bacon, one awkward hunk of cheddar cheese that ran down the side of the sandwich and wasn’t sliced flat. Hardly any turkey. The best thing I can say is that the tomato was fresh, but it was cut into chunky wedges so that I basically just got one big bite of tomato and then one big bite of cheese, etc. The whole thing was wrapped haphazardly and wasn’t even cut all the way through. Train your kitchen staff and please consider using some better-quality ingredients.

My pastrami rueben lacked flavor and hardly had any saurkraut. No salt or hot sauce available.

Got overcharged $7 on my order and my card had already been charged by the time I was able to bring it up. So watch the prices.
Additionally, I ordered a wheat veggie sandwich and the bread was really undercooked. Gummy. My partner ordered a French dip and the bread was way over cooked.

Overall I’d say save your money and go elsewhere.

Got the Sonoran veggie sandwich and it just lacked flavor & got very soggy, very fast. I couldn’t finish a 4th bite before i just quit eating it. I do not recommend. The family enjoyed their sandwiches so I did provide 1️⃣ ⭐️ bathrooms were discusting too btw!

Definitely an excellent place to eat a really good sandwich and cry because your father passed away. They are happy to make substitutions or modifications to your sandwich. The napkins are very absorbent for wiping tears. The prices are good, especially for the size of the sandwich. The bathroom is fairly soundproof, so people can’t hear your sobs. They have a wonderful selection of beers. And beer makes the sads go away. My one small complaint is that the noodle salad had a bit too much mayo for my taste. But, you should try it for yourself!

Many great vegetarian options and they are generous with ingredients. I loved the sound of the sandwiches, but in the end, found it lacking in much taste and disappointing. A whole size was big enough for my husband and I to split.

This place is just as good as I remember! The sandwiches are delicious and the staff is very friendly. My favorite sandwhich is the Grand Rapids with jalapenos. Highly recommend and would visit again.

If you’re looking for a great San which. I recommend the Grand Rapids. There is a lot on the sandwich, but it all works well together. This sandwich was recommended by a frequent patron. I will definitely be back!

That’s funny Tyler because I go there all the time specifically for the spicy Italian sandwich and macaroni salad, and in all of my visits have never felt that way. Why would I drive by all the other restaurants on that road to hit up some Crystal Creek if the sandwich sucks as you’ve described. Your story is full of holes.

Pros:
I had a sandwich with turkey, beef and avocado, which tasted good.

Cons:
When we first entered, there was a group of people talking while standing near a table. Nobody greeted us or was at the counter. I thought they were not open for business.

There were kids that were running around and screaming the whole time we were there.

Conclusion: Not recommended.
