I didn’t expect a toy surprise in my chalupa… but I guess this Taco Bell decided to be “extra.” Found an entire plastic lid cooked into my food. That’s not innovation — that’s negligence. Definitely ruined Taco Bell for me.

let me tell you about the discovery lux box when I got this box I was like okay and just another Taco Bell that I’m just going to go through it touched all the right places it touched my soul it should classify as soul food it was so good Taco Bell has now became my number one fast food place because of this I will gladly spend $15 on this just for the burrito itself the burrito was so good I tasted everything I tasted the cheese I tasted the bread I tasted meat I tasted the rice and it was just that good Taco Bell will forever be my favorite fast food place until it’s off the menu never in my life when I spend my money on fast food was I like it doesn’t matter like I had always be mad I spend my money on fast food but this was the first time I was like I need to spend more this was revolutionary for me I don’t know how I will enjoy any other fast food place now because of the burrito in the discovery lux box and I was thinking about spending more money just for the burrito again this is insane I want more fast food when I’m full! it was amazing if you never had Taco Bell in your life I recommend getting the discovery lux box it will change your life on Taco Bell and fast food even if you’ve been going to taco bell get the box just get the box you need to try it one day in your life before you go.

Really poor customer service! We asked for time to look at the menu and not even 2 minutes went by and we were rushed to order by 3 different people on the mic! There was no one behind us, when we got to the menu they asked us to pull around again to RESTART THEIR TIMER!? We did, then they gave us our tacos but the order was incorrect! We pulled back around for the 3rd time now!!!!! For the guy at the window to just be so beyond rude! I have never experienced such poor service in my whole life!

Im not sure who manages this location, but someone really needs to check on the professionalism of the employees working tonight.
My husband was towing a trailer and physically could not fit through the drive-thru. The lobby was already closed (it was 10:15pm), even though the location is open until 3am. He walked up to the drive-thru window to try to place an order and was immediately told, “We don’t take walk-ups.”
A car behind him kindly offered to place the order for him so he could just pay them. While he was speaking with the car behind him, the drive-thru attendant loudly said, “Is somebody gonna pull forward today??”
That was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. There was no reason to be rude when he was simply trying to order food and not blocking anything intentionally. Very disappointing experience.

Order through the app. Burrito supreme and taco supreme combo i requested no BEAN and no red sauce, in colorado some store still have green sause on the line so when I get to the speaker I ask if they have green sause? NO, OK I can except that an tell them to go ahead and put the red sause on the Burrito so I get home and as im going through the bag I notice the Burrito is very small and light, I open it up to find that not only did the remove the beans but the meat, source am, Lettuce and tomato. The only thing on this pick of tortilla was red sause, cheese and onion. Come on, Really!

Usually this location does a great job, however tonight was a complete disaster. $69 for six menu items. The price is not worth paying. Food bland and soggy. “Crispy Chicken” where is the crisp. The sauce that gives the flavor was nowhere to be found. Ground beef if you want to call it that, more like sawdust filler with brown food coloring, tasted like a wet sock. I’m not normally one to write a review, but Taco Bell has fell off. Year 2000 it was delicious, the Chihuahua was the logo. I rather eat a crispy raccoon ankle than come back to a Taco Bell.

All of the workers at the location gave me great customer service and the food is always prepared well, i wish i caught the two names of both of the guys who were very helpful and attentive. i believe one had bleached hair the other looked like maybe pink or red hair i hope they get there props. great atmosphere and we love to come here and not worry about our order being wrong

Management very Rude, Didn’t let my kids order food. Was blaming them for crimes they didn’t commit.
Not Kids Friendly. Management (John) threatens Kids and screams in their face. With out any explanation nor any proof of my kids fault.
Stay away. we need a business that treats us citizens Fair and In the correct manner. We will never visit this location ever again I encourage all north port residents to stay away.

18$ for 4 burritos for the family. They were the size of tacos. We order here often and they have never been this skimp. One of them was a 6$ quesarito. My 10 year old son counted 4 bites. Very disappointed.
