I went inside because they gave me cake pops instead of pistachio bread. They mess up my order pretty often, so I had purposely ordered something simple.
When I went in, I asked if they were going to throw the cake pops away. I didn’t want them wasted. A previous time they had asked if I wanted to keep the drink they made wrong, so I didn’t think it was unreasonable to ask.
The woman who helped me — she may be a supervisor. She acted like I was asking for something excessive and was rude about it.
This location consistently has issues with getting orders right, and it’s frustrating because the mistake wasn’t mine.

$8 for a drink, that was not made correctly and starbucks.com will not refund me because the store did not give me a receipt. They handed me my drink in the drive thru and hurried me along. They also had the audacity to ask for a tip on an already incorrectly made $8 drink… Starbucks is over-rated and I hope they go out of business soon. Prices are ridiculous and drinks are made wrong half of the time. I will never return to a Starbucks again.

Puppies just turned 10 weeks old and I wanted to give them their first pup up, and I didn’t bring any money with me because every Starbucks I visited gave out free pup cups this Starbucks would only give me pup cups if I bought something. So I went to the hyvee Starbucks and they gave me 2 pup cups for free.

Went today 1 employee cleaning the floor and the other one taking orders. No other customers took 30 mins to get 1 drink and two pumpkin loaf. The girl cleaning the floor prepared our pumpkin loaf. The staff at this location is extremely friendly. They get to know their regular customers. The store is always clean and well stocked. They take feedback well when an item isn’t up to par and will remake it to ensure you get what you expected. Thank you for making each visit very enjoyable!

I’m not one to leave reviews but I believe the drink quality has gone down. I have ordered here for many years and the strawberry açaí refresher was always a bright pink. I went in to order one and a pink drink the refresher tasted and looked as if it was just water the dried strawberries. The drinks tasted like plain water for $12 nothing like they used to be.
