I’ve been coming to this location for years. Almost Always good service, especially when Silvia is there. Tonight they were obviously short staffed and she worked for 3 people. She was prepping, working back of the house very diligently. Sometimes I see her working front with back. She’s a star and that hard work goes a long way. Get some support in there. You don’t want to run hard workers away.

I have been coming to this location for the past 4 years that I’ve lived in Smyrna!! Tonight’s order(1-9-26) was exceptional!!! I ordered online for the 4.99 deal when ordering 2 one topping large pizzas. As I made the order I was headed that way and got there as they were taking the pizzas out the oven and boxing them up!! Talking about perfect timing for Hot and ready pizza ummhmm good!! Thank you Little Caesars on S. Lowry St in Smyrna TN!!!

Ordered the Philly cheese steak pizza online, the pizza portal didn’t work, took a min to get help with that, and to top it off, the $16 pizza from the place that sells $6 pizzas had barely any meat or cheese on it. What was supposed to be a philly cheese steak was more like a veggie thin crust, it was mostly bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. Next time I’ll try the location the next city over smh.

I cannot fully convey my disappointment with this place tonight. I ordered a deep dish pepperoni and a crazy combo and can’t hardly eat any of it. The pizza itself, aside from not looking like it should, was still incredibly doughy in the middle. Not chewy; but actual raw, still uncooked dough. I tried to salvage what I could by eating the outer parts, but more than an inch in and it was the same. You’d think the crazy bread would at least save me, but no. To my surprise when I opened the bag there were only three pieces in there. Last time I checked, a crazy bed order comes with more than three pieces. Also each piece was remarkably thick and heavy. Upon inspection these were also not baked all the way through. I don’t even know how that happens. I guess tomorrow night I’ll throw everything into my oven and see if I can salvage it. Right now, however, it’s just a waste of 10 bucks. Incredibly disappointing because when a Little Caesars deep dish is properly made and baked, it’s better than a Jet’s pizza in my opinion. After this though, I kind of want to just give up on trying one again since this is the second location that can’t seem to figure them out.

Westly greeted us at the door with a smile. He was so friendly to my child and even offered him a bag of cookies when I asked how long the wait would be for thin crust pepperoni he told me eight minutes he was right it Took them less than 10 minutes to cook my pizza fresh for me. Recommend this Little Caesars. My family will be back.

The family was not able to eat. Three bites in my kids realized it felt doughy as well as with with crazy bread. Maybe one piece out of my order was done. Highly pissed as it is July 4th!

I ordered at 6:00 ish and I got my food at 7:58 pm. My cheese pizza looked disgusting and burned, my pepperoni was ok, but they were both cold!!! I tried to call and ask why is my pizza so burned and cold, they didn’t answer twice!! The pizza was for kids and they didn’t even want to eat it!!

Ordered online and picked it up in the automatic door warmer tower thing. Easy process, type in the code and the door opens for you. Very convenient and no need to talk to any one. Those jalapeños are spicy! They hooked it up with the toppings as usual. The wings are ok, not what I expected. Italian cheese bread was good. Got a stuffed crust cheese pizza. Not enough cheese on it but the kids ate it up.
