Primos is the best when it comes to sandwich options! We ordered for the Superbowl and they did not disappoint. Every sandwich was made to order and the sesame seed bread is delicious! We ordered the mild sharp Italian hoagie, the Abruzzi, a turkey and cheese and a cheese steak with Diablo spices. The cheese steak was my favorite, with cooper sharp American cheese! Absolutely delicious! And you can’t get a better Italian hoagie than the mild sharp hoagie – the sharp provolone cheese makes the sandwich!! We ordered online and our order was ready when we showed up. Everything was excellent – so glad Primos is back in King of Prussia!

Today I had a bad experience when they tried to give me a chicken parm sandwich with a teaspoon of marinara sauce. As a native Philadelphian I know what a chicken parm sandwich looks like on top of having this sandwich multiple times at this location and other primo hoagies locations. Just look at their online menu with the photo and compare it to what I got. The cashier tried to convince me that is how it is made, I stood my ground and who I believed might be the manager came and said next time ask for extra sauce. I said no I don’t want extra I want the normal amount. He eventually said ok and remade the sandwich correctly. The restaurant is always clean though. I don’t have this issue at other primo locations and this is the first time I had issues here so I’m leaning towards poor staff training.

Great experience with a catering order—hoagie tray for 10. Ordered online—clear and easy. Food was ready on time. They kindly held my tray in the fridge while we ran into Trader Joe’s. Sandwiches were full and fresh and we loved that seeded bread. Good value, good product.

Soggy and the tomatoes was sliced so thin that I couldnt taster them through the little bit of meat on the role. Customers are suffering quality product because of increase in cost for merchants. I got a mixed hoagie tray for 10. And a tray of cookies. They were so good. Not only were they ready to go but one of the employees carried the hoagie tray out to my car. I have placed this order about 6 times in the last four months. Cast and crew on a local tv set love it.

Ordered a Nonna’s Veggie and it was not made correctly. They forgot the provolone cheese. They should make sure their sandwiches are correct before they package them. I did a to go order so I did not go back for a correction. I will give them one more try.

I ordered several large hoagies for a family get together this past weekend. We were extremely disappointed in the hoagies. The amount of meat on the sandwiches was pathetic. I’ve ordered from other Primos in the past and they have always packed the sandwiches with meat. This is the first time we’ve been disappointed. From now on, we’ll be ordering from a different location.
