In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Bacon chicken ranch pizza.. no ranch/sauce at all and completely burnt feels like a brick. I get when some food doesn’t look exactly like the picture but come on now. I worked for a pizza place before and this is completely unacceptable. Everyone who attempted to take a bite said “Yeah, No I’m not eating this.!” Spent over $40 and the only thing right was the bottle of pre-made ranch. Paid $6 for the delivery fee. And $6 for the tip and live 1.1 miles away from the store. I will be in tomorrow to get this resolved as I think the only thing I should have to pay for is the ranch. Seeing as it was the only thing right. Also I did not pay $12 in tips and delivery fees being a mile away for a bottle of ranch.

The Popcorn Buffalo Ranch Chicken pizza arrived extremely dry & almost completely bread only when it came to freshness, an extreme lack of sauce making it literally inedible after it was cooked. Not to mention the portion was also only 4 slices for over $20 after taxes! Not worth the value at all. Even the Side of Pizza Dipping Sauce I ordered could not save the pizza and make it edible. Jet’s Pizza used to be one of the best go-to pizza chains, but in recent years they clearly only care more about money and LESS about quality. Charging ridiculously HIGH prices for LESS portions, sauce (if any at all!), and terrible DRY quality when it arrives. I cannot in good faith recommend this chain to anyone anymore, it has clearly fell off & no longer cares about the quality of service they once provided.

Just got two large 8 corner pizzas and they were amazing! Yes, we don’t get cheese on them (food allergy) we also got an order of wings and they were tender and flavorful!The staff were friendly and kind! Can’t wait to go back!

hey please share with the gang there that todays 11:30 takeout order was fabulous. The pizza’s were excellent, great wings, and those calzone’s were amazing! Being able to customize it so easily when you order online is really great. Also thanks for the paper plates and napkins I was feeding a crew outside and it made it go a lot smoother. It’s also such an easy parking lot to pull up in to pick up the order.

BBQ Chicken Pizza is a 10/10! They went above and beyond with making this pizza. I was even asked if I wanted to check if the pizza was the way I liked it before I had left, which it was perfect!!

There is no atmosphere that I’m aware of, but they sure do have a great system to get you in and out, quickly! We picked up our pizza.
When it comes to pizza, though, Jets is where it’s AT! I have long loved their crispy 4 corner and 8 corner pizzas. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but it’s well worth it every once in a while.

I ordered a pizza at 12:30, thinking i would have a slice before work and take the rest with me for lunch. Jokes on me because the eta was 1:26 which I was fine with. The time hit 1:40 so i called to check on it and was told it just came out of the oven and the driver would be on his way in a few minutes. So i waited, got ready for work and it hit 2pm and i had 20 minutes before i had to leave for work. Figured worse case scenario i would just eat a slice on my way to work instead, better than nothing. 2:10pm hit and i called to check on it again and let the person know i had to leave for work in about 10 minutes and she told me he should have been there already but should be there any minute, i sat in my driveway for 10 more minutes and the pizza never showed up. I called to have it refunded and was given a credit of $10. I was fine with that. Until I look out on my front porch the next day to see that the driver apparently left the pizza still. An animal got into my front porch and dragged the whole thing everywhere. Pizza sauce, crumbs, toppings, all over the place. I was so confused because I thought it wasn’t suppose to just be left behind without someone receiving it. I’m very displeased will probably never order from this location again.

Ordered tonight from door dash. Had my door dasher waiting for 40ish minutes (compensated his wait). They won’t deliver to my house even though I live 8 minutes from them. I called after 30 mins of my dasher waiting since I felt bad and they sent my order out. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was only a cheese when it came here. Still compensated the door dasher since he was nice enough to wait but I didn’t order cheese ordered pepperoni. Also ordered over an hour before receiving it. Was 90 mins before it got delivered. Since my address is “Parma” they won’t deliver when I’m sure they deliver in Jackson more than 8 mins away. Love their pizza just disappointed in the fact that they won’t deliver so I paid extra for DoorDash and waited and (although compensated door dasher for waiting) the food was still incorrect. Being that we paid $80ish dollars for 2 pizzas and 2 bread with ranch I would hope it would be correct. Tipped dasher $13 then added him another $10 cash for his wait there (not his fault) definitely disappointed.

I work right next to Jets, so I get lunch from there on a regular basis. Their food and service has always been fantastic. Today was no exception. I ordered a large, thin crust pizza with extra cheese, Italian sausage and green peppers. It was absolutely perfect, and one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I couldn’t even wait to have a slice until after I had taken a picture!!! This is how all pizzas should be made!!!

I’ve ordered from this location 5–6 times and never once received my order correctly. Friday’s order was the last straw: my pizza was cold, my turbo crust was missing, my salad had olives despite ordering none, and my cinnamon stick reward never came. Staff said the salad would be ready in 10 minutes… it wasn’t. $70 for cold, wrong food is unacceptable. I’ve been a long-time Jet’s fan, but I’m done with this location.
