I have ordered twice from this Jersey Mikes. 1st on accident as there are 2 in Vestal and I chose the 2nd time. Both times I had an milk allergy issue. I can not have dairy. I ordered a Turkey and Prov sub (most basic on menu) and customized to be a turkey and mayo only. I wrote a note “Dairy allergy – no cheese please” and for the 2nd time I didn’t get cheese on the sub, but I got cheese bread as my sub roll. I called and was offered a remake but this is now 2 lunches that were ruined due to careless mistakes and I chose the refund. I can’t just waste more time to go pick up a plain sub that is defaulted to a white bread roll. I appreciate the apology from the person I spoke with at the store when I called but the details are what are important to someone with an allergy. I specifically requested / typed don’t give me cheese it is super embarrassing that I have to check my food everywhere I go to be able to eat something. I read all menus and decide where to go based on where I won’t get sick. I worked in food service for over 5 years and I know I’m a special case but please read this to the team and train them to read the details and hit your customer goals. I’m sorry that I am not going to be returning but I hope my complaint helps someone else get their order right.

Went in Thursday night to order a few subs. The staff was very polite and patient. Very friendly- worked together like a team. All three subs were very good. Very clean environment and fresh ingredients. In a time where many are rude and food quality is poor or orders are inaccurate so often when dining out- I will def go back again soon to this location. Thank you.

Very pleasant women at the counter. Came in to pick up a Philly cheesesteak that I ordered on the app. She was very pleasant. Delicious but small for a regular sized sub. Best Cheesesteak I have had in our area though.

Stopped in and ordered a buffalo chicken sub and a turkey sub in a tub. Two guys making the orders, my husband told the one guy several times no tomatoes or lettuce in the Buffalo chicken and lite on the sauce. Plastered with tomatoes and lettuce and sauce! Even after my husband telling him, he continued to plaster the sub. These two guys were about incompetent! The sub in a tub was dry, he put a little vinegar on it and no sub sauce which I asked for. Won’t be going back to this location because apparently these two guys, one that been there a while, either can’t hear or chooses not to! Suppose there’s an allergy issue with the tomatoes, luckily we aren’t!

As a fan of JM in all other places, this location really disappointed me. I tried to order a normally cold sub as heated up on the grill, and the response from the young girl at the counter was “oh. We’re not really supposed to grill cold subs.” Well let me tell you that over a dozen times, every other location was more than happy to throw my turkey and meat on the grill, as I hate to .always. get a Philly steak. Little miss, let me comment that “it wouldn’t be a cold sub if you put it on the grill”.
Dislike the service and the location. I left without ordering and will not return to this location, if at all soon to JM.

Food was ok but I caught the worker using a dirty rag then go make my sandwich without changing her gloves until I asked her to change them. I was polite with my approach and she looked at me like I offended her. Sorry not sorry
