I avoided this Chipotle for years for a reason, and unfortunately tonight confirmed that nothing has changed. We came here for my daughter’s birthday dinner at her request, and the conditions were still unacceptable. The restaurant was visibly dirty, multiple ingredients were unavailable (as usual), and yet there was still a line out the door. It honestly baffles me how this location continues to operate under these conditions, let alone pass a health inspection. Deeply disappointing experience, especially on what was supposed to be a special night.

I visited this Chipotle on a Saturday evening close to closing time. I think, given the circumstances, this was a good experience. They were understaffed, there appeared to be one employee present. This is, however, a common experience with chain, quick serve, restaurants that have trouble with staffing and/ or are inadequately supported by the corporate owners.
My Chipotle Honey Chicken Burrito Bowl was prepared fresh and as ordered. Despite the fact that this location was about to close and had also apparently just had a rush of business, my chicken was cooked fresh on the grill right in front of me. I was disappointed that they had ran out of guacamole so I didn’t receive that. But my food tasted great.
I gave four stars for atmosphere only because the restaurant was a little messy, especially near the drink station. I want to point out though that that is not the solely present employee’s fault. Corporate and/ or Management should be staffing this location appropriately so that all of the needs and demands of the business are being addressed.

DO NOT EAT HERE. The conditions are disgusting (tables are dirty, floor is dirty, kitchen is visibly messy and unorganized), the staff are inattentive and unprofessional (they actively ignore you, are busy chatting with each other in the back, and lack basic communication skills), there’s ALWAYS menu items unavailable (After 5+ in-a-row visits during prime hours, they haven’t had steak, guac, and even white rice at times), staff aren’t working (most are sitting idle, 6+ people just standing around). I’ve given this place too many chances to ruin my dinner, and if you have any self respect and care for good service you should avoid this location.

I didn’t even get to ordering. There was a line of people waiting but the staff was talking to each other and not doing anything The tables, chairs and floors were covered in food. I decided that Subway next was safer. It was delicious!!

Pretty lousy. When I got there the first thing I saw was two dining tables with brown liquid spilled all over them (probably a half gallon of liquid). I was first in line and was ready to give my order but no one acknowledged me for a few minutes. I think it’s because they were out of chicken and for some reason assumed I was ordering chicken. Once I started my order I realized they were out of several things. Kind of shoddy experience overall. I won’t be back.

I feel like I hated this location last time I came here, but I had a gift card and was in the mood for Chipotle so decided to give them another try.
Everyone working there was miserable for a start. A coworker walked in complaining about having to be there and there were a few of them just huddled up laughing in the back…whatever. The person who had to leave the group and assemble my burrito was grunting and groaning about it as they walked up…
So I got a carnitas burrito with sour cream and guac. The carnitas they used were at the way bottom of the container (I know this because the person screamed that they were at the bottom of the carnitas). Normally, they shake off the meat a little bit so it’s not all juice, but they did not…and just packed it on heavy. Someone else took over and did the same with everything else. I should be grateful, yeh?
I was ready to take my burrito to go, get in the car, and eat it so when the cashier asked if I needed a bag, I said no. I didn’t think it’d be a big deal. My burritos always end up huge and I’ve mastered having no spillage (haha).
Well, the juice from the carnitas legit soaked through the tortilla and it split in the middle. I took a bite out of the burrito and half the contents started spilling out. I couldn’t hust reinforce sides and keep it together; I mean the tortilla itself had a hole in the middle of it, the middle of the burrito, and it just spilled out. I tried to tell myself that at least it was free since I paid with my gift card, but it was no comfort to me as this was the most painful and unsatisfying meal of my life. Done with this location.

Got 2 chicken bowls got the whole way home and the brown rice was hard as heck, had no choice to get brown rice they was outta white rice . Took the bowls back up they said they couldn’t do nothing till next day. Went up this morning said they v can’t do nothing without a receipt and I didn’t get v receipt didn’t thinki was going to have to bring back. Hardly nothing b was in the containers ready .

This Chipotle is hands down the worst one I’ve ever been to. Every single visit is the same miserable experience. The employees constantly huff and puff, complain out loud, and make it very clear they hate their jobs—which they take out on customers. The rice is never cooked properly; it’s always hard, crunchy, and borderline inedible.
The difference between this location and the Pittsburgh Mills Chipotle is embarrassing. At Pittsburgh Mills, the staff is respectful, friendly, and actually does their job without acting inconvenienced by basic requests. At this location, even asking for a simple side of guacamole feels like you’re asking for a personal favor.
This store seriously needs new management or an entirely new staff because the current employees are clearly unhappy and completely unprofessional. On top of that, they never have the vinaigrette, which is beyond frustrating. Overall, this location is poorly run, consistently disappointing, and not worth visiting EVER again.
