Received a undercooked “Chicken Jr.” on 11/1/25. Already had ate 1/3 of it before noticed it was raw chicken. Took it back to the BK and the woman working counter/ back end was very nice both when I got my 1st got my order and when I went back with the raw sandwich. It wasn’t her fault for the mistake, it was whomever was on cook duty. She explained the cook mistakenly used a Crispy Chicken patty (which takes way longer to cook) instead of the Chicken Jr. patty and that’s why it was raw.I got a hotand fresh replacement and I brought the issue up to BK customer service through my BK app to get a full refund. Other times I’ve been here the food was good.

Store manager couldn’t get a simple question answered, and even thought explaining it 3 times that surely she got it? Nope. She was pissy and not only did we pay for a missing burger, she completely ga e us a plain plain burger and bun? I usually have decent service, but if your gonna be a manager, stop getting angry and pissy at the customer. Ask them to pull forward and talk at tge window.. maybe it might back up slightly, but better than all frustrated and in person is often what solves the old drive thru intercom static/interference.

Food is stale and service is inconsiderate, people are rude and don’t care about you or they’re job. Sucks because I really love Burgerking breakfast but the only time I get an actual breakfast burrito is when the lady with the lip piercing is there. Other wise my burrito is nothing but a burrito wrap and a tablespoon worth of eggs and one hash brown in my eggnormous burrito! Hence the name dude! I have ripped off so many times and every time I go there I ask them to not rip me off for a $6 burrito you give me one egg and one hash brown puck! Guess I’ll be going to McDonalds for now one every morning. Thanks for disrespecting me and treating me like trash!

Cold fries, sloppy burger. Still tasted good. The service always sucks so bad though. They rush you out when there is no one even there. Sloppy atmosphere, always feels gross. The lady always working the drive thru is rude.

Burger King motto have it your way what happened to that? Well at this location your not allowed to substitute fries for onion rings just because your using a coupon. Keep in mind all the burger kings I have been to have no problems substituting the fries for onion rings they have a food cost problem here that’s why my whopper junior looked like a welfare burger

I was in the drive thru today around 2:15 pm and ordered 2 whoppers. The girl said it would be $17.00 (+). I said $17.00? And she replied, “That’s what I said.” She was very sarcastic and rude. We canceled our order. A few minutes later I called the restaurant to ask what the girl’s name was that was working the drive thru. . She said there were several people working the drive thru.I recognized her voice and asked her name, and she repeated that there were several people that work the drive thru, then said “Bye!” and hung up. So very rude. She needs some customer service education. We won’t be going back there.

The hamburger meat was cold, rubbery, and certainly didn’t Taste as a flame broil burger should. I’ve had Burger King in other locations and you could detect the distinct flavor of the broiler. Not so here!
