I had a great experience with the chicken about two weeks ago. However, when I ordered again last week, the chicken was undercooked with a lot of blood near the bone, and there was very little sauce. A few of my coworkers also ordered from here recently and had the same issue with undercooked chicken.

Amazing popcorn chicken — have had both spicy and regular, both delicious, spicy has great kick to it without being too crazy.

Best fried chicken I’ve ever had. I recommend the pickled radish on the side. Whatever you do, get a large order of chicken. You’ll want the left overs later. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes for your order. They don’t fry it until you order.

One of the best Korean fried chicken. The chicken is super fresh. They use top grade white breast meat that is moist and delicious. Much better than their competitors next door inside Hmart, which always sells out of the whole chicken. You won’t be disappointed at Boom Boom. Will definitely be coming back. Expect to wait about 15 minutes since everything is made to order.

Kono fried chicken in Hmart next door is good. But I like Boom Boom Chicken more. The chicken is super crispy, even after 2 hours. Only complaint is the spiciness is not consistent. Sometime it can be burning hot!We ordered Donkatsu and there was a lot of pork chop, come with sesame sauce, rice and corn salad. Only complaint is the pork chop was a little bit dry. Sweet potato fries is good. The fried shrimp was very good too. Tips: 1) If you want to save some money, come for the weekday lunch special. 2) Please understand that they fry the chicken after you place the order, it may take 10-15 min. If you don’t want to wait, place order online or call them in advance. 3) if you have some leftover chicken, you can microwave the chicken (2 pieces) for 30 sec, preheat the toaster oven or air fryer to 375 F, bake it 2 min, flip to the other side, 2 more min. It will be crispy again

Store is clean and wide open. Staff are friendly and very considerate. Simple menu increases quality of food. Lots of drink choices. We ordered popcorn chicken and fried dumplings. The popcorn chicken is a little tough to chew but the crispiness and flavor of the spicy sauce is amazing. The fried pork dumplings are very crispy and delicious. Great place to eat and I will come back again.

I visited before and after they had the kitchen fire that shut down the place for a while. It’s a good example of good Korean Fried chicken. Not the best in the area but definitely scratches that Korean Chicken itch.

Don’t buy the Tonkatsu. Pork was way too tough. The pickled radish side was also weak.

Come for the chicken. It’s not the most tender but has that nice crunch you expect from Korean Fried chicken. Kono Chicken in the Hmart is a little more tender but Boom Boom taste is a little better. Seoul Fried Chicken tastes better but the crust is too flakey for my liking. I still think BBQ.Chicken is better from the ones in the area but Boom Boom scratches that itch.

I ordered a special that had 6 pieces of chicken, a little lettuce salad, french fries and small corn salad. The person that was with me ordered the same thing but had sweet potato fries ( which was a up charge). We both ordered half mild half spicy chicken and received 2 legs and 4 wing pieces each. The chicken was very crunchy and tasted very good. It was a little greasy. The spicy piece was extremely tasty to me and my companion. The french fries were okay to me but, my companion really liked them. The sweet potato fries were good also. The lettuce salad was pretty small and okay, the corn salad was very good. If, you like fried Chicken you should definitely try it.
