At this particular location, they always underfill the tortilla and the place is always filthy; with 3-4 people behind the counter standing around talking. There were no beans available (pinto or black) and the grilled veggies were undercooked.

Stopped into chipotle today to grab a quick bite on our way on the road. Today, I ordered the kid taco plate. You build your own. I got sofritas, white rice, and black beans. It came with two 6” flour tortillas. They are heated up on the heat press. I also received a child’s cup which is about a 16 ounce cup and a bag of chips, although the chips are lacking, there were only about seven. Overall, this plate mixed all together into tacos was really delicious, juicy, and satisfying.

The second order was a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, veggies, guacamole, which is free when you get veggie as your protein, corn salsa, salsa fresca, and lettuce. My friend said “it was delicious, Super flavorful! And there was so much food that I could save the other half for later. I am very excited to eat the rest of it for dinner! One of the better chipotle experiences I’ve had, food wise.”

The one thing I will say is that upon walking into the chipotle, it was clean; however, they weren’t finished setting up for the day. They opened up at 10:45 AM, which to me is just an odd time to open. And I noticed everywhere in the area open at 10 AM. So chipotle, I would like an understanding as to why you open up at 10:45 AM??

But back to it, we gave the associates an extra 10 minutes to open before we came in just so they could have enough time to get ensure everything was done. We were greeted upon walking in by two younger employees and ordered our food. After ordering our food, we went to the drink bar and noticed that the machines not only were not turned on, but they hadn’t been put back together from being cleaned either. We waited patiently for that to get done so we could get our drinks. After we ate, like normal humans, we went to the restroom to wash up, and the men’s restroom was out of both toilet paper and paper towels, which is quite odd because we were the first customers in chipotle at opening time.

Overall, the food was great. The restaurant was clean; however, the restrooms and the drinks and the condiments, as well as napkins, utensils, and things we’re not readily available as they should be when you open your restaurant. If those things would have been supplied and ready prior to us walking in today, I would’ve put five stars across-the-board today. Did you do a few things, yes maybe minor, but it took extra time that we needed to wait and that has brought my five stars down to a three star chipotle. I hope you reach out and answer this question for 10:45 AM, I really would be interested in understanding that and then possibly just sending some coaching along the lines, when you open up be ready to go. That’s all I gotta say for now, so I hope y’all enjoy, get you some chipotle, a quick, cheap easy resolution when you’re on the road!

Holy cow! What a chicken!
Who knew how good being real is? Dropped in today to scope out the ambiance, service & food.
I’m all about being better, giving better & receiving better.

Food:
Chipotle delivered with its robust flavored. Chicken & Steak. I got double serving meat to try each out. Half & half rice: after adding corn, Chile, black beans, sour cream, shredded cheese & lettuce– I think it’s safe to say both rices tasted great & stick with the healthier choice. OH MY TEA time… I got the orange tea, as it was the one that seemed less drank. Idk why because it was DELICIOSO. NEXT I tried the Berry Aqua Fresca since that one was almost out– MUY SABROSO (savoring for strictly English folks). Perfect to settle thirst with a Berry bomb taste. Expect to pay about $18 for double meat & a drink

Service:
meh nothing too spectacular but not the worst. I’m sure I got to them after their pm rush. Almost all tables were dirty and some of the options were a short wait to being finished cooking. As I was wrapping up my food, the cashier guy was juggling Togo orders, payments for walk in, and when he could get to it, cleaning the lobby tables (definitely was needed) Nice hustle kid.

Atmosphere:
Sizzling steak cooking in the background with upbeat beach or Caribbean tunes really added great vibes to this very simple place.

Chipotle background:

They are extremely greedy with the food. I door dashed two bowls and one with extra chicken. The bowl barely even had 1 scoop of chicken. I’m extremely tired of these greedy and lazy people who cannot seem to fulfill a simple order. Seems like these people are just too lazy to cook new food so they try to put so little of a portion, I don’t understand how hard it is to follow an online order that literally tells you exactly what the person wants. I was better off going to McDonald’s or Panda Express. I talked to a Manager and I explained the situation and all he kept asking was “But did you receive the order?” And I asked if they could even do anything about that one bowl like a refund or if we can come back and return the bowl and get a new one but he said “It’s out of his control” How are you a manager if you can’t even satisfy your customers expectations. One of the worst Chipotle restaurants, and management I’ve ever been too. They need to train they’re employees how to do their job cause clearly they don’t know how to follow simple instructions.

I am completely saddened to write this review because I have had not one but TWO horrible experiences there. The worker specifically named Savanah who is a blonde manager has treated myself and a group of other young adults horribly. The first time I heard her yell at a customer for putting one of the chairs down and it was 8:30. They were “closing” at 8:30 when online it says 11. Then she was extremely rude the entire time we were there but also the energy was horrible you could just tell we weren’t wanted. To give them the benefit of the doubt we went again and this time I saw this same manager go to multiple tables and tell them to essentially shut up because they were “too loud” and they couldn’t hear each other in the back. And this time it was about 9:00 and they were again doing closing tasks much before closing time. I don’t know if this is normal for chipotle but I don’t think I will be going back with the horrible service and hospitality both times.

Really this is a 5 star review for great service; they made me my food. I dropped it on the floor right before the cash register, my fault, they were super gracious and made me another one at no cost. That may not sound like a big deal, but doing the small things right on a daily basis creates a culture of great service. This store has that.

This chipotle is hit or miss. At times, the protein portion is adequate and at other times it is severely lacking. Also, go in around 9 with still an hour to go and they can be missing steak, veggies, or what have u. Empty restaurant and go in and still make u wait there while they prepare online orders. Three employees, empty restaurant, and your standing there awkwardly for them to help you out. Also, not the cleanest. Food is good but need some work in some areas.
