This place is a joke. All I wanted to do was get a bag of ice. There were other people at the cart port that had ordered food but I was told that I had to use the drive through and wait in a long line just to get a bag of ice. All of this because the employee didn’t want to walk out a bag of ice. Wow… How ridiculous is this place?!

Each time I go to this location, it’s a 30+ minute wait through drive through for subpar food. Never have this problem at the Sanger or Fresno locations.
3/11/24: because 1 bad review is not enough, went and got 3 piece chicken tenders, the tender on the left is was super rubbery and unedible.

This location never fails to disappoint. Received some disgusting tater tots. They have a chemical French toast taste to them.
The place gets complaints after complaints but nothing ever changes. Terrible owner.

I always have a problem with this place. Whether the drinks alone take an hour to just be handed to us (order through the app for asap), drive thru takes too dang long, &/or things aren’t hot or cold. About 99.9% of the time the app doesn’t work & no one will honor any deals (like 50% off slushies &/or limeades). I’m just tired of dealing with this Sonic. I’ve made complaints & I still feel like it’s exactly the same every time. Just go to Taco Bell or McDonald’s. Don’t waste your time here. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Tried ordering 10:11p.m. And was told they thought I was pranking them and they thought I was a co worker, thanks for at least telling me after I had to gone thru 19min of clicking different kiosk to get an answer. when other people are flying thru the drive-thru. Me being a human that hasn’t eaten until walking to get food, and you sonic a big company “so called” not taking orders and only prioritizing drive-thru. TODAYS WORKERS NEED TO GET OUT of their head and open their eyes because this is ridiculous customer service. When at the end I get my order taken and all I came for was food. Thanks sonic

Ocean water is good, the chili dogs not so good, the hotdogs tasted old or reheated. The girl at the speaker was either hard of hearing or distracted since there was no one at the window and I had to repeat my order twice and kept getting asked what was that when I asked for no onions on chili dogs in which I was rudely told “they don’t come with onions”which is good to know but I felt like it was more of a “make me feel stupid” type of remark. You can tell the employee was frustrated and I am sure my annoyance was apparent the last time I had to repeat my order. When we were at the window my boyfriend had whistled to someone he knew that was walking and even explained to the employee it wasn’t for her when she came to window, but the fact that she wasn’t busy and had some random male employee hand the order to us was a clear indication she was annoyed. I worked in the drive thru for a fast food restaurant for many years before and I do understand it’s easy to get flustered when busy I also know that providing good customer service and being efficient is important as well. We were not being difficult and yes I was annoyed that she had me repeat my order numerous times but I do feel that her being frustrated could have been prevented had she been paying attention. If one car in drive thru is too much for her to be friendly than maybe the kitchen or a job where she is not working with customers directly is more suited for her. We all have bad days but you are not supposed to show it when you are working. I personally feel that since the $20 a hr for fast food workers has been required many of the employees are just rude (different food places as well).

Great food, takes a very very long time to get food. Good luck when they forget to put napkins or a fork in the bag. After 5 cars deep in drive thru I just grabbed my food just looked to make sure my stuff was correct! But damn the food is good, be patient.
