Ordered online and when i arrived they were so busy. Only 3 working and they were busting butt!! Everyone kept it together and i got my sub just the way i ordered it without onions and added green peppers. It was worth the wait! They were doing a great job!!

I just want to give a huge shout out to not only the employees working this night but every employee that works at this store. Every single person is friendly, welcoming, warm and caring. They treat you like you are part of the family.

I started coming in one day, first time trying them and after repeated visits, they learned my name and would welcome me when I walk in (just like Norm on the TV show Cheers).

This is the difference that keeps me coming back.

They all deserve recognition

Forget Jimmy John, this is the best sub place. I got the Philly and it was absolutely mouthwatering. From the smell to the taste, delicious is an understatement. There’s something undeniably magical about biting into their Philly. It’s a symphony of savory satisfaction with bread that’s just the right amount of chew and softness, soaking up the juices without falling apart. The meat is juicy and seared to perfection with the perfect accompaniments of sautéed onions that bring a mellow sweetness, their golden edges whispering of time spent on a hot griddle.
Banana peppers cut through the richness with a tangy zing, adding just the right amount of heat to keep things interesting. And the mayo?
Creamy, cool, and unapologetically indulgent it ties everything together like the final brushstroke on a masterpiece. This is no ordinary sub, this is poetry in motion, it’s a mood, a feel good moment that starts with the first bite. Even the French fries were golden and perfectly crispy. Clean atmosphere with lots of room to sit. The staff are very friendly and help you pick out the right thing for you because there is simply too many good choices on the menu. Will definitely come back here again.

The last time I patronize this location I personally didn’t like how one of the young men responded to a customer few people had left the restaurant and left a big obvious mess on the table when the customer suggested the table need to be wiped the employee said he will get to it when he get to it and carried on to look into his cell phone.and laughed a joked with other employees please hire some people who are respectful and not lazy this was on a Sunday to much play not enough work also one of the employees was chewing a mouth full of food while while ringing up a order thats6 unprofessional. Also one of the employees had a du rag on his head instead of a net . Its unprofessional and not sanitary please do better . It says alot about management when employees are not .self starters and just lazy and on their phones IF nothing changes me and my family will not be patronizing this location any more.

First time going to Penn station subs, I got the chicken teriyaki sub.
It was damn good, the chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy. Onions perfectly browned, not mushy and not firm.bread was toasted perfectly, with melted Swiss cheese. Fries were well fried, salted, and crispy.

The only thing I didn’t like was the price and how the chicken didn’t reach across the whole sub. I paid about $18 for a 9 in sub, regular size drink, and medium fries. I find that to be pretty steep for what I got, that said my food was out quick, hot and fresh, while tasting amazing.

I think it was worth it, but I wouldn’t eat here everyday, otherwise I’d end up broke

Bought 4 10″ subs for just under $9 each. The subs were all excellent, just wish the price had been $1-$1.50 less each. Will return, but will be looking for coupons before doing so.

I placed a doordash order this morning for lunch because I am at work . I called penn station this am at 10:50 to let them know them I was placing a order and the name it was under and Brian the general manager says we can’t take orders until we open! I already placed the order on doordash and wanted to make sure my food was correct. Since it didn’t give me the option . So I called back at 11:00 no answer called again no answer kept calling finally got an answer at 11:10 Brian answered the phone again and I told him I placed an order can you please make sure my sub is ham and cheese only and grilled he said yeah. So I get my food HONEY MUSTARD all over! So I called the store and spoke to Brian again to let him know sub was messed up. I even offered to bring my sub back up there so they could remake it and he told me no they would have to charge me for another sub since I placed an order through 3rd party. I just spent 16.00 dollars on sub and it wasn’t even correct when I called to let them know how I wanted it . Brian again the general manager had no consideration to even listen to me on the phone at all! So now I have no lunch . Corporate has been contacted !

Before I could even finish cashing out my order it’s an employee coming from the back with his COAT ON RIGHT WHEN ITS A MANAGER IN THE KITCHEN AS WELL AN NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO HIM ABOUT THE COAT MEANWHILE IT TAKES ME A CUSTOMER TO ASK HIM TO GET OUT THE KITCHEN WITH HIS COAT ON. Just sad as a business I had to address something that I know was taught in training!
