Argumentative staff. Staff is rude. Drive thru girl wanted to argue and stay she gave us our food. I paid 33.00 and was handed 3 items. 1 regular Pepsi and 2 of their burritos.. i was given food but not what i ordered and when this was brought to this restaurant’s attention, nothing was done. No one cared. If you dont like your job – quit. Oh and I went back through and re ordered the same thing and still paid.

Worse meal I’ve ever tried to eat. Potato wedges were hard as a rock and inedible. So dry and hard there was no Potato left in them! The bones in the wings were all broken so when I unknowingly took a bite the portion I wasn’t holding fell all over me. I’ve thought long and hard about this review because I’m a fast food GM and I never complain but this is the absolute worst!

god awful wait time, took their sweet time to give us our food and still managed to forget our sauces. i got a baja blast and it tasted flat. had to stand at the counter waiting forever just to get my sauces and the bigger white chick was rude as can be, she needs a new job because she clearly ain’t happy at this one. their cheese is not the same as the other taco bell’s, it was gross. there was a hair on my chicken tender, i dipped it in the honey mustard and watched it come off the food. the drive thru line was so long we physically could not leave the parking lot until they moved because they were moving so slow inside to actually get through the line. the staff is insanely slow and lazy.

I have been in this KFC twice. Service is not the greatest as of 8/29/25. Long waiting and doesn’t seem to be improving at any time. Can’t complain about the food. I aways get it hot, the place around the soda machine must be cleaned as well the entire dinning room. Friendly staff and very respectful, but again, Service and Cleanliness must be prioritized. Thanks

I mean, it’s what you’d expect or that’s what I would have said but the last time I went there, their line must have been all detail-oriented autistics because my food was made and wrapped perfectly! Normally it’s just slung in a bag and I dont care but I really appreciated the time and care they took on my last trip.

They must have had call-outs because service was one guy that made no effort to try to complete orders in a timely manner. It’s 2025 and service is not what it was.

Went thru the drive through for first time. It will be my last. Waited in line to the window to pay and pick up food for 16 mins. I never got my food, I got out of the drive thru line and left. Totally ridiculous !

They take FOREVER, like don’t expect your food in less than 20 minutes. It has taken up to 45 minutes to get my food correctly. On multiple occasions, I’ve gotten burnt food. Today’s burnt item was a chalupa. One time the potatoes were so hard and dried out, they were like stones and inedible. The staff are inattentive to customers at the counter to take orders and consistently have to ask what customers are waiting for 15 minutes into their wait. They also say you can’t substitute certain items that I consistently sub at several other locations. The dining room is also extremely cold.
