This location was once, one of our favorite places to go to for lunch. Well after the service we received today, that has changed. The girl taking our order was complaining to another coworker about how petty the customers were. When she was finally ready to take our order, she just looked at us. Never said a word, just looked at us. The food was good, but my boyfriends sandwich had very little meat on it. The person that brought our food, again, never said a word. Just stood there with the the tray in his hands and eventually placed them on the table. The tables were dirty with food still on them. The bathroom was dirty and gross. Train your people customer service. It makes a big difference.

Ordered a baked potato and salad online. Showed up and they were completely out of baked potatoes. Wouldn’t be a big deal but this is the second time this exact scenario has happened and it is frustrating to only have a salad for dinner. It did not stop me on the app or let me know they were out. I will say that the guy doing the order was polite at pickup. Last time this happened I never got the refund. We will see this time.

I ordered a hot sandwich and it was so cold. I brought up to the waitress attention and her response was OK. I then asked her to speak to the manager and I waited over 10 minutes. I finally got up and took my food to the front and once again asked for the manger. The manger name Lacy comes up front as I was trying to explain she just took the plate and came back with a tiny sandwich that was absolutely not the sandwich I had ordered. At this point I returned it and asked for a refund. The manager never apologized and honestly she had the biggest attitude.
I am very disappointed how the situation was handled. Sad to say this is why this restaurant never has any business.

Food was mid, the wait time took forever to get our food and it was pretty empty before we got there. Found a whole bread bag clip in my daughter’s sandwich. Told the cashier about it and they got an attitude. Don’t recommend.

80% of the tables are unoccupied and 90% of those have people’s used plates of food on them.
Tried again 11-09-25. And they were out of ingredients for the sandwich that I wanted and they were out of the soup I wanted. At 2pm on a Sunday. Another fail.

I waited at least 15–20 minutes before anyone even spoke to me, and when they finally did, I was told it would be another 45 minutes for my food. The girl taking orders didn’t seem to understand much of what customers were asking for. They were out of almost everything — chicken, spuds, nachos, Rotel, cheese, you name it.
While I was there, I watched at least 20 people walk in and leave because of the long waits and lack of food. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience or delay. On top of that, people who ordered online were being told their food wasn’t available and that refunds take up to 14 days — with no effort to offer substitutions or solutions.
The place was clearly understaffed and struggling to keep up. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I tried to order on the website, it wouldn’t let me. I tried to call and it said that the mailbox was full and disconnected me, so I went in and ordered a Reuben and a Rachel. I told the girl that the website wasn’t working and she mumbled something I couldn’t understand. Then I told her the phones weren’t working to which she just replied “oh”. When I got home I realized my Reuben came with the wrong kind of bread, and they forgot our pickles. I guess they ran out of marbled rye? Just say that if that’s the fact, but don’t surprise me with it. But more likely is the fact that the workers don’t care anymore, and neither does the franchise owner.
Also the store was incredibly hot and there was no music playing.
Two stars because the potato salad was good.

I have ALWAYS felt like a valued customer, except for TONIGHT. The customer service was HORRIBLE! The poor service I received has caused such as inconvenience, financial loss, and emotional distress. I believe that this does not reflect the high standards that Mcalister typically upholds. I will be contacting the company GM tomorrow. What I asked for vs what I received (pic below). Save your self the time and go else where or make it at home!

Service was rude, unprofessional & inconsiderate. Food was average this time, but I can tell it’s it’s getting worse. Use to be our favorite place for lunch on Sundays, but now thats changing unfortunately. Atmosphere was too quiet & tables were not in the greatest shape. May stop coming here soon if things don’t improve, do better..

Staff was absolutely horrible. My sister ordered something on their menu and they kept entering the wrong food even when she pointed on the menu to what she wanted. After it took ten minutes of them making us feel stupid like we were saying the wrong thing we finally got them to understand and checked out. Our food took forever to arrive which it was busy so I understand that but when we tell the same girl who took our order that she brought us the cucumber salad instead of the side salad we ordered, she gave us a rude face and turned around without a word and came back with the salad ten minutes later and once again did not say anything. The service and the food used to be amazing here but it has gone completely down hill and is very sad to see.
