Found hair in my chow mein from the Ammon location. The store said it came from a cleaning brush and only offered one replacement meal. Corporate backed that response. That explanation doesn’t make this acceptable—cleaning tools shouldn’t end up in food. Disappointing handling of a food safety issue.

Panda Express is a classic fast food restaurant for Chinese food. The portions are really large, so you get a lot for your money. I can especially recommend the Beijing Beef and the Orange Chicken – both very delicious! If you expect authentic Chinese food, you might want to go somewhere else, but it’s perfect for fast, satisfying fast food.

Okay my husband and I have never been to a Panda (surprisingly), and it was actually pretty awesome. The front order taker, Lesly, was super helpful, patient, and just genuinely caring. Since we have never been before, she gave us advice and gave us lots of samples even though the store was busy tonight at 9 PM. She never complained once about helping us and had a very positive attitude towards us. Because of her, we will definitely be coming back again. I just wish there was a way to tip her personally since we didn’t have cash. Thanks for the awesome service Lesly! The food was pretty good too! My broccoli was still a bit firm but I’m not sure if that is normal or what. Good job Lesly and Panda Express!

The food this last time was hot and tasty. One thing that could be worked on— if you request veggies it can be a longer wait. Which is understandable, but I feel bad holding up the whole line for me to have vegetables. It would be better to have a place to pull forward and let others pass. Very good would come back, just next time I get veggies I’ll come in or use mobile ordering so it’s ready.

I had this sudden urge for some walnut shrimp. So we went two panda, express, one of the other things we ordered was a medium Kung pow chicken. The person who dished us up, scooped out the chicken, and then shaked her ladle. So the chicken fell out before she put it in the box and scooped a few veggies up for the medium size. She actually did that twice in a row to fill the medium-sized box, sing this. I was taken back, but I didn’t want to make a big deal. So I asked for another small size, and she did the same exact thing. She pulled a scoop, and there is a delicious looking piece of chicken on there. She shook the ladle for the chicken to fall off And then scooped a few more veggies to make up for it i think it’s shady tactics like this. To cheat me out of chicken is why I probably won’t go back. I ask for Kung pao, chicken, not Kung pao zucchini I’m i will say at least she verified that air spicine had peanuts. In case we didn’t want that and the people were nice and friendly. But still, I won’t go buy food from a place that I feel cheated by

If you’re looking for good food in Idaho Falls, you may find that here. If you’re in the mood for what Panda Express offers, you’ll enjoy it. Any of their food is actually pretty tasty, specifically their protein. When it comes to noodles, chow mein, fried rice or steamed rice… these are the least best part of the meal. The staff is good for the most part, but in occasion you’ll know when they are having a bad day ♂️ I’ve eaten here many times and it’s typically good. The best food in my opinion are the honey/walnut shrimp and the any of the chicken. They keep the place moderately clean.

Ordering from this place from door dash is a mistake, the food i received today is sub optimal. The beef in the spicy beef and shrimp was like powdery jerky. The portions are ridiculous. The workers here treat delivery customers like crap seriously something management needs to correct

Me and my fiancé called into the store and a woman told us they can still take orders in the drive through before 11. We came 10 minutes before 11 and were rudely told to “go away” by an employee along with being ignored and the employees hiding.
