Gave us wrong order. Had to call since dining room is closed. Said it will be awhile. Waited 40 minutes still did not receive anything. Knocked on door got looked at an ignored. Finally had to go back through the drive through since they wouldn’t bring out the food they said they would. First order was taken at 7:10pm. Now it is 8:13pm and still nothing.

Every time we come through the drive through it progressively gets worse!! Before it would be the line moves quickly but we wouldn’t get 3/4 of our order. Now it seems we wait longer and longer every stop! It literally makes it hard to keep convincing ourselves that it’s worth it. It started out as 10 minutes, then 20, now today’s visit was over 30 minutes!! I just can’t fathom how it can take so long!!

So the lobby said it was closed because of short staff. And the sign was hand written so im sure someone that works there decided on their own to close the lobby without asking the owner. This also happened last year during the summer. It was closed; the lobby, for weeks. This is insane and it takes forever to get your food. I love taco bell, but I hate this location. Its not even fast food when it takes 8 to 10 minutes to get my food. The employees are reasonably nice, but other than that this taco bell is horrible. Take the sign down too, thats pathetic to lock customers out because staff is low. Figure something out Columbus taco bell. Just sad for people that enjoy taco bell.

I’m extremely disappointed with the repeated issues I’ve experienced with my recent orders. This is now the third time my food has arrived thrown together in a sloppy, unacceptable condition. Items are either missing entirely or I receive food I didn’t order.
I consistently order nachos with extra toppings, yet more often than not I receive little more than plain chips with a small amount of cheese, nowhere near what was ordered or paid for. The lack of care and attention to accuracy and presentation makes it seem as though orders are not being checked at all before being handed off.
At this point, this has become a pattern rather than a one-time mistake. Customers expect orders to be prepared correctly, packaged with care, and matched to what was actually ordered. These issues need to be addressed, as this experience has been both frustrating and disappointing.

If you go to this Taco Bell the door says it is open 8am to 10pm every day. But Google maps will not update the hours listed here so people are wasting their time going to a store that is closed. Another business in Columbus that the online hours posted do not match the actual situation at the restaurant.

Do not go here unless you have plenty of time to waste, seriously there is nothing even remotely fast about this place. Short handed I’m sure, just go ahead and close it down for a few years like they did back in the 90’s. Plenty of other options available. This place is an embarrassment to the brand. Zero Stars is appropriate in this case.

They always forget my avocado ranch and its 50 cents per container so how are you forgetting something i am paying my money for? They also put lettuce on my cantina taco. The cantina taco doesn’t even come with lettuce! You went out of your way to put lettuce on it. The line is always super slow too. It you have the option to go to Norfolk, GO TO NORFOLK!

my beautiful boo boo bear placed two mobile orders to redeem her points and i wanted to place an order at the drive thru so when we got to the speaker box and told the lady that my friend placed a mobile order and then told her that there was going to be another order the lady huff and puffed and said “you want to add more?!!!” like yes ofc silly i want food i was really hungry and sadly my precious dog whisper poopy boo boo bear forgot that i NEEDED MY QUESADILLA and SO when we got to the window we told her that i wanted to add a quesadilla to the order and the lady said “are you sure because you already have that in your mobile order”…… her tone and attitude was very rude. she was basically calling us fat and guys i swear im not fat im literally a smol bean uwu like if you guys know who i am im literally the sexiest and cutest little baby. anyways dont recommend. they treated my boo boo bear with disrespect and i don’t condone that. #justiceforbooboobear
