We bought 4 Love It sized desserts in founders favorite with sweet cream, one apple pie a la stone with cheesecake and another with sweet cream, and strawberry blonde. All of the flavors were great but the apple pie with cheesecake ice cream was a dream!
There was only one employee working at the time and there was a crowd after us. She kept her composure and kindness through the rush. We were glad to see help arrive as we were leaving. They have a “now hiring” sign posted and I hope they gain some high level staff because we will definitely be returning to this location.

My husband and I had ice cream on Sunday afternoon. Our clerk, Owen, was very friendly, personable and allowed us to sample the ice creams. He then made super treats for us!
The place seems to be a favorite with teenagers, young adults, families, and older couples. I highly recommend it!

Really disappointed in my choco taco. They were all premade which I understand but the shell was extremely soggy. I couldn’t enjoy it and there were so many other sprinkles on it as well (Not even the Halloween ones) at least the costumer service was good

Saw the pretty picture. Went in and ordered. Feels like the difference between a Burger King commercial and the burger in the sack. Asked the server twice if it was what the sign was advertising. She said yes and was annoyed. System automatically asked for a tip. I’ve got a tip… Took the photo next to their sign.

I love icecream! This is a cute icecream store with so much to choose from, ready made icecream cakes and many icecream flavors.
If you have a weakness for icecream, I.defijitely recommend them. You can order to go and sit inside the store or use their outside seating. The service was great and my nephews loved it

I love cold stone ice cream but I hate been cheated. I was on the phone with my husband when he placed my order. He twice told the person he wanted vanilla and strawberry with coconut on the side. Aside from the guy getting the order wrong, he clearly cheated me with not filling the cup.

I visited on Thursday and unfortunately, the ice cream was extremely melty. This is the first Cold Stone where my cookie dough ice cream ended up tasting more like chocolate ice cream. My sister ordered mint chocolate chip, but it was mostly chocolate fudge. By the time we stepped outside, both of our ice creams were more like malts than scoops. I will not be returning to this location.

I have visited Cold Stone Creamery in the past, but they seemed to have raised the prices and lessened the quality. I bought this ice cream cake for over $40, but they didn’t have anything to put it in. In the past, they have given it to me in a cooler with a little bag of dry ice so that it did not melt on the way home. The young lady working there had no idea how to select the cake on the register and had to call someone on the phone to walk her through it, since she was the only person working. It took me over 30 minutes to finish my transaction although I was the only customer in the store the entire time.

This Cold Stone location in Fort Mill is much better than the Rivergate location in Steele Creek. I’m a little closer to the Rivergate location, but this one is worth it coming the little extra way.
Each time I’ve ordered, whether online or in person has been a great experience. One time recently, I tried ordering online, and it would not let me use my coupon – kept saying I needed to add valid items to my cart. I would add different items, and still nothing would work. I went inside and explained the situation. They tried to do the order in the system first before making my order to see if it would work. They had no issues applying the coupon that was on my account to what I wanted to order. Allison J. was on the receipt that time, which appears to be a manager based on other reviews. She is excellent – friendly and helpful!
I do hope they bring back the Don’t lay a finger on my Butterfinger creation because it was very good – peanut butter ice cream with Butterfingers, caramel, and chocolate. Yum!
