We arrived shortly before 5 pm and waited well over an hour to get our pizza. They definitely put more priority over to go orders but even people who came in after we did were eating before we even received our food. To top it off, when my husband had already eaten a good bit of his pizza, he noticed a long black hair on the plate which did not belong to him or me (left side of plate). Just disgusting. I had high hopes for this place but we are one and done. And it wasn’t cheap either.

I fear our deep dish pizza was cold and had to be reheated twice BUT our server is the reason this review gets 5 stars. Jaryn was so funny, kind, and compassionate. He was determined to make our dinner right. Had the kitchen reheat our pizza and he stood at our table until we confirmed the pizza was hot. I truly would come back and hope he be our server every time. He boxed our meal up when we were done and I genuinely could not thank him enough. He even took the time to chat with us for a while and we had some good laughs. He truly cares about his job and the people he is serving. 10/10 for our guy Jaryn!!

I visited for the first time yesterday with my family and we were absolutely impressed.
The pizza was amazing, and I also ordered the penne alfredo which was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.
Our server Samantha was wonderful. She was smiling, kind, and truly spread positive energy the entire time we were there. She made our experience even better.
We will definitely be coming back regularly. Highly recommended.

Cute and fun atmosphere … server was very friendly as well. Felt welcomed by all the staff. Got the “fat Paulie” chicken sandwich .. AMAZING !! rest of my group split a cheese pie and was raving about it. Great experience.

As someone who is from the Northeast and takes his pizza seriously, they make a good pie. Nice small restaurant with take out as an option, I have done both. It is new, so it was busy the first two times I went, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. I had the pizza both times and it was fresh and done just right. Nice and crispy and light, my preference. While I prefer a brick oven pizza, this is still excellent and their other offerings are good as well, as they have an assortment of Italian favorite meals on the menu. The restaurant is an open kitchen concept and was immaculate. Service was quick and friendly, as I had to rush to get someone to the airport and they accommodated us. You may have to wait a little bit for a table, but it is worth it. It is one of my favorite pizza places in the area and has multiple locations throughout the area.

Really solid pizza spot. The food is always on point—great flavors, fresh ingredients, and the crust is just right. The vibe inside is chill and welcoming, making it an easy place to hang out and actually enjoy your meal. Staff is friendly, service is quick, and everything just feels easy here. Craft drinks are also a plus! Definitely a go-to spot when you’re craving good pizza.

Bronx House Pizza in Palencia offers a great all around experience with a lively and welcoming atmosphere that blends a New York inspired vibe with a relaxed local feel. The service is friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, and the bartending truly stands out. The espresso martini and the italian job were phenomenal cocktails, crafted with balance and care. The food did not disappoint either, starting with excellent appetizers like the bruschetta and garlic knots. For the main course, the beast of burden pie and the bronx marsala were absolute perfection, showcasing bold flavors and quality ingredients. To finish, the tuxedo bomb and the cannolis were simply to die for, making the entire experience memorable from start to finish.

Went in recently for lunch. Hubs had the meatball sliders (appetizer) as a meal. The bread was perfect! I had Nonna’s meatballs (appetizer) and loved every bite. The generous dollop of fresh ricotta was a perfect addition to the fresh sauce and the meatballs were really good! Not overly spiced and perfectly cooked. Our server, Skylar, was as excited about the menu as we were and spent a little time telling us about other options on the menu. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to going back.

The problem I have with the Bronx Pizza is my wife and I went into the newly opened one in Palencia And because of allergies, my wife brings her own highly filtered water from our home which has industrial filters. We walked in and sat down, and my wife put her bottle on the table, and before being even properly greeted we are told that we can’t have that bottle in the store because they have a policy of no outside food or drink. The lady said she would check with the manager and then left it at that, before long we had another lady approached us and tell us the same thing. At which point I told my wife let’s leave and we went and ate next-door at the Cinco de Mayo restaurant. The problem is that not everybody’s going to have the ability to drink your water or your soft drinks because some people are diabetic. The only reason they don’t want you to bring any outside drink in is because they feel they can’t sell you anything if you already have it. They put profit before service. We didn’t bring in any soft drains or alcohol or anything. We just bought in plain water in a personal container. We had already decided what we wanted and it would’ve been over 50+ dollars plus tip that they decided to give up over a policy they installed because it’s not a Florida law. I feel sorry for their attitude of profit before Service or people. My wife and I will not be returning. I’d like to make a note. My wife and I have eaten at the Older Bronx Pizza in Ponce de Leon and we never had an issue. I hope they’re not the same owners.
