Saddest chipotle I’ve ever had. A child’s portion and missing half the things I ordered. Didn’t get fajitas for my veggie bowl, didn’t get corn, didn’t get salsa, the smallest amount of guacamole. I usually love chipotle but I don’t know if I’ll be able to come again after this disappointment.

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for about a year because it is very close to where I work so I can pop over on my break. It used to be really good, however, they never give you a good amount of food, and my biggest complaint is that the rice is always so crunchy. It is very hard to enjoy you food when you are crunching on what feels like sticks. My bag of chips was also burned. This Chipotle needs to do much better. The worker making my bowl also did not take much care at all. He just threw all the ingredients in the bowl, and I do mean to use the word ‘threw’.

Worst burrito i have ever gotten from Chipotle before. I get a pretty basic burrito and this thing tasted like it was only rice with some bean juice. I don’t think there was any chicken on my or my daughter’s burrito. I ordered it online and got there before it was put out and the pickup station and some reason it was all ice cold. Won’t ever be going to this location again.

Did a mobile order. Was supposed to be done at 5:00, but didnt come out until 5:20, and it was brought out with about 6 other orders. My order was cold, likely because it was held until they had the other orders complete. Burrittos had almost no chicken on them. Chips were soggy and chewy. Honestly disgusting experience. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

I have been eating at Chipotle for ten years now. This is the worst one I have ever been to. Ordered a $10 burrito and got something that was barely as big as my palm and whose thickness was a little bit more than a $3 Taco Bell burrito’s. The counter person said that it was because I didn’t have many ingredients but I don’t know how you can say that when my burrito asked for both kinds of rice, both kinds of beans, sofritas and lettuce. Sure enough when I opened the wrap half of the burrito is just folded over tortilla. I’m never coming back to this place. Go here if you want to get ripped off.

I’m not sure why they even offer mobile ordering at this location. For the past few months when we’ve done mobile orders it sits in the back for 10-15 minutes after it is completed.
The staff up front claim its the staff in the back’s responsibility to bring orders up but they never do until someone gets so frustrated that the front staff goes and grabs them.
Seems like they’re understaffed, but they should just disable mobile ordering if they’re not going to support it.
