I went to this Taco Bell and ordered about $50 worth of food. I asked for extra napkins, but a woman who seemed like a supervisor was very disappointing. Her communication was poor, and she had a bad attitude. When I left, I noticed that a couple of items were missing from my order. I went back to ask for the missing food, and we had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Even then, she continued to have an attitude. This was the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had, and the customer service was unacceptable. I hope the supervisor sees this and takes action to fix the situation. I would not recommend coming to this specific Taco Bell because of the poor customer service.

Picked up $58 worth of food for my girls about 9:30PM and the food was disappointing.
The steak quesadilla had an enormous amount of sauce and barely steak and cheese.
Ordered Cinnabon Dulce De Leche delights and received regular favor.
I don’t understand if you’re making the food already, how do you get it wrong unless it’s just laziness ♀️
Day shift is 10/10.

Poor organization and communication. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes for my mobile order to be completed and placed on the “Mobile Orders” shelf. Finally, I noticed it on top of a kitchen prep shelf, getting cold and ice melting in our drinks. It had been partially hidden by other mobile orders. And I wouldn’t have thought to look there if I hadn’t seen an Uber Eats driver do the same. Very disappointed that they knew I was waiting for a mobile order but didn’t ask my name.

Don’t know why anyone would ever pay over $10 for the “deluxe box” when you get about $0.10 worth of steak and some chips… Don’t know who is making the food back there, but one and a half pieces of steak on a taco that’s supposed to be deluxe is ridiculous.

The cantina chicken taco is a tasty surprise for Taco Bell. Wonderful textures and flavors. The Avocado Verde Salsa Packet was flavorful. The dining room was clean, and so was the self-serve pop machine area. The faucet in the woman’s bathroom was running when I went in, and it was a struggle to turn it off when I was finished using it. Employees were friendly and quick. They have kiosks to order food, so there isn’t much interaction with actual people. Food came out hot and well displayed.

When at 10:30PM and got the most disappointing disgusting freeze. It was not even full, not mixed and tasted horrible. Basically sewer water… To make matters worse the taco I got was broken all into pieces, cold, and mushy.

The Food was decent but the service was bad. The people at counter seem like fed of of thier jobs and least bothered what customers are saying. We ordered from the kiosk and weren’t given the cups for the drinks. We had to wait 5-10 mins at counter as no one was there and everyone was in kitchen

If I could have done a -10 I would have. We got 2 chicken cantina tacos box, steak burrito with a taco and 3 Dorito tacos. All the food was cold the tacos were broken in pieces and the quality of the food was very poor. Definitely not worth 35.00. Don’t think I will be back to this Taco Bell.

Can’t even walk in and order anymore, they ignore you and focus on the drive-through and pick up orders. You literally have to place an order through the kiosk in the lobby.
It’s easier for them but MORE difficult for the customer. What happened to customer service?
