I placed an online order that includes jelly, donuts, cream delight and Boston cream and when I picked up my order I got none of the donuts that I ordered. They didnt bother to even tell me they were exchanging ones or I wouldn’t have gotten these. Its not what i paid for. What a waste

Went on the Saturday morning of the Christmas parade in Reading Pa. The line was out the door and service was very slow. You think they would have staffed up knowing that there would be extra business because of the parade. We finally got to order a dozen donuts for almost $14 only to find that there was hardly any variety to pick from and the ones that were available were very stale. Lots of lost revenue due to lack of staff and poor selection. I’ll know better next year!

Mainly the atmosphere and the service are the reasons for this one star review. Not a single person in that location looked or acted like they wanted to be there—and thats fine—most people dont want ti be at work, but dont pass the bad attitudes to the customers and ruin their days. The cashier was literally laying her head down on the register while taking our orders. Playing their own music louder than the music in the restaurant—which was not appropriate for a public space.

I am on a cane with vision problems, the staff was helpful and met all my needs. My food was prepared right and packaged well for my trip home.

I went in this morning for breakfast and the woman who got my meal together dropped a hash brown on the counter and put it in the bag. The coushins were ripped and the outside looked like a trash dump. I had to throw the hash browns away. Also a homeless lady was being very loud.

Me and my friends were waiting in line for a pierce the veil concert and we went in to get coffee and use the restroom. The workers were all extremely rude making comments on our appearances and the way we were dressed. None of us were dressed inappropriately. I was just wearing a sweater and jeans and so were a lot of people they complained about. And then they told us paying customers we weren’t allowed to use their restroom while cussing and yelling at us. Multiple people in line complained about this same experience with them today. It was cold outside and lots of us were in line for hours we just wanted a hot drink and to be able to use the restroom but the workers were all incredibly mean and disrespectful about it
