If you’re looking for a consistently great coffee experience, Hanger 37 is the place. From the speedy service and super friendly staff/owners to the inviting, cozy atmosphere, they truly nail the landing every time. I’m always impressed by how their drinks deliver on flavor and taste distinctively delicious, a refreshing change from typical coffee shops. You can tell they put a lot of care into each brew, helping your day take off right! Be sure to try the massive, tasty jalapeño cheddar bagel – it’s a real first-class treat! As an added bonus, there are plenty of outlets if you need to plug in and study, making it the perfect flight deck for getting work done. This place truly flies high on my list of favorites, and I guarantee it’ll be your new go-to destination! You won’t be disappointed; Hanger 37 is ready for takeoff with your order!

I just had the most delightful experience at this new coffee shop in town! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed into a calm, tranquil, and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I wasn’t sure how to order my usual drink since it wasn’t on the menu, but they listened carefully and made it perfectly, even better than my usual big-chain coffee experience.
I also tried the chicken salad croissant with a side of pasta, and it was absolutely delicioso. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Even though I was only in the shop for 5–10 minutes, I left feeling completely impressed.
I’m usually cautious about trying new places in this small town because so many times I’ve been let down, but this spot exceeded every expectation. Everything—from the food and drinks to the atmosphere and staff—was a solid 10/10. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this gem to everyone I know.

March 2025 My first time dining In here at Hangar 37. I ordered a traditional cinnamon bun & the “sweater weather” hot signature coffee. My friend ordered traditional drip coffee with cream & artificial sugar & the breakfast biscuit. The total was $22 for 2 people. The atmosphere was very Inviting & looked super clean. They also have a DRIVE THRU WINDOW if you don’t have time to dine in. I took several pictures. All in all FIVE-STARS to Hangar 37 coffee. It was DELICIOUS!

Fantastic coffee! They roast their own beans which shows you the seriousness of the care that goes into their coffee drinks. My family of 4 had some special requests for the espresso drinks and they were very friendly to accommodate. The airplane decor was fun, especially the row of actual airplane seats in one booth. Tazewell is fortunate that Hangar 37 opened in their town. Only wish they had opened in Maynardville.

I have gotten coffee here at least 10 times with only 2 of those coffees actually being good. I’ve tried adding coffee, asking for it to not be as sweet, switching from milk to oat milk, etc. It’s either too sweet, too bitter, or not made right every single time. I have wasted so much money trying to give this place a chance but I just can not recommend no matter how many other people say to give it a shot. I honestly don’t even know how they are still in business- the majority of their base has to be teenagers- because what middle aged adult wants coffee so sweet you can’t even taste the actual coffee? Save your money & go elsewhere.
