I’ve been eating at Savouré Vietnamese Eatery the last couple of days, and I’m impressed! Their spring rolls are fresh and tasty, the rare steak in their noodle bowl hits just right, and their Vietnamese coffee? That stuff is a game-changer—rich, bold, and flavorful—even for someone like me who doesn’t usually drink coffee. I spent about $50 for all of this, and honestly, it was totally worth it. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Vietnamese flavors!

Grandma Lan and her family have fantastic food and there isn’t a dish I’ve tried that I haven’t liked.

Rare steak pho, the spring rolls and the bahn mi are simply fantastic.

A great spot for lunch and any line moves quickly.

My only wish would be a bit more space inside to eat.

Great go-to spot for your pho fix in the skyways. ~$11 is a fair value for the quality you get. Skyway food tends to be expensive so I don’t mind. Their pho broth is ever so slightly on the fatty side, but it has a nice clean taste and is well seasoned. I think it could afford to have a stronger herbal aroma but that’s just my preference. You don’t really need to add anything else, but they do have a self serve station for lime, hoisin sauce, and sriracha as well as complimentary water cups. You can ask for a small side of chili oil as well. They typically include raw onions in the pho but I order mine without them.

I’ve also had their other menu items a few times. Their banh mi is nice and simple. Not super remarkable but I’ve ordered it plenty of times so that counts for something. It pairs well with a side of their broth. Their shrimp spring rolls are really great and have a lot of flavor with plenty of protein. Their noodle salad bowl is good too!—doesn’t stand out as much to me but it’s a pretty decent choice.

Their quality and service is really great. It’s a huge contributing factor. Staff is super friendly and you can also get a punch card for pho/noodle salad bowls (buy 9 to get the 10th free). Their ingredients are super fresh every time I order, so I love that I can count on that. Packaging is also well thought out. I love the little plastic soup spoon.

Overall a great Asian cuisine choice amongst limited options in the skyways.

Heard about this place from a friend, finally had a chance to check it out during the skyway lunch rush. Savoure was def worth the wait and was very fresh. I ordered the grilled beef bahn mi and lemongrass chicken spring roll. The spring roll was made on the spot and not premade which was delicious. Banh mi also hit the spot. The workers were friendly and got the line moving. Price is very affordable and would recommend this place. 10/10, keep it up!

I was delighted, and price was good for downtown. I got the honey pork noodle salad bowl with peanut sauce and seaweed sauce. Add a little spice and lime. Saucey, food flavor

Great spot for a grab-and-go work lunch conveniently located in the sky way. Really fast service and absolutely delicious food (I had their pork noodle bowl).

A gem in the middle of downtown. Had shrimp spring rolls and the pork banh mi. Found both to be very good, especially the sandwich. Price seemed to be on par with everyone else.

It can be very busy but service is fast. There are seats on the wall but it’s best if you grab and go.

My new to go place lunch. Both Banhi Sandwich and Noodle salads are great. Don’t forget the peanut sauce. Employees are welcoming, smiling face around. Highly recommend.

Best Pho in town. Unlike the recent reviewer whom took the Pho from a different restaurant and gave a bad review (the Pho bowl is not even from this restaurant). Savoure Pho is the most consistence Pho broth no matter when you stop by. Take the review from the actual Vietnamese who knew their Pho. 🙂
