I ordered the Cuban sandwich and a shrimp empanada. The sandwich was one of the best I have ever had. The flavors were great, especially the pork, and none of the meat was chewy. It was $11 but I got two meals out of it so I would say it was worth it for the size & quality. As for the shrimp empanada, it was tasty but a bit overpriced. It was $6 for one and it had five baby shrimp inside and nothing else. Would have loved to dine-in but there’s rarely any parking, especially now after the blizzard. Can’t wait for next time!

Had the hot lunch. Good food and friendly service. Was a little warm inside to sit and eat, and would of been a GREAT deal if it was slightly cheaper, but was worth it for the amount you get.

Food to go. Disappointed with all of it. Tamal, pasteles. Arroz con habichuelas negras, churrasco platter and desserts. Had we eaten IN we would have walked out.

Native floridian here.. I love my Cuban sandwiches, and I travel often up and down the east coast. Its rare to find a really good Cubano up north!!! I thoroughly enjoyed the food, the service, and the atmosphere!!! This place is ALWAYS PACKED! This Sunday morning I finally got the opportunity to stop in before the rush!! And I will be a repeat customer XOXOXOX

The Cuban sandwiches were perfectly pressed, the chicharrón was crispy, and the sweet plantains were just right. The mamey smoothie was the perfect sweet touch to top it all off. Delicious and authentic.Perfect spot to grab a bite while waiting for your car to be ready across the street!

I had always heard good things about this place , then I read the mixed reviews. I decided to try it anyway. We arrived at 8 pm, the place was empty and they were scheduled to close at 9. Selected our table and was seated. I asked the waitress were the oxtails tender , she spoke in a very low tone and informed me that they were a bit on the firmer side. We ordered empanadas to start. The beef was good, chicken was ok. I proceeded to order sautéed chicken. It was chicken breast pieces, some were dry , but it was very salty. I wanted yellow rice but they were all out. I would try this place again with hopes of a better meal. My friend had garlic shrimp and didn’t finish them. Their sandwiches look good.

Decent portion . We tried Cuban sandwiches ( turkey) which was good . Also opted for a meal option with roasted chicken . The rice and the beans were blend in taste . The roasted chicken was okay . Good place to sit down and enjoy your email . The servers were polite and welcoming . Good coffee

The Oxtail plate with the rice and beans was delicious. Price is reasonable. We also tried the Ropa Vieja, this was pretty good and tasty too- It just needed more sauce. The Plantains were hard.

Finally made it here! It was good and the service was excellent!! Shared the Cuban Sandwich, the Ham and Cheese Sandwich and croquettes… well done and well presented! They have a full menu and the establishment is very clean with lots of tables and a nice decor… I think it’s worth the try !!

It used to be good, but recently I often see this lady with long straight hair and glasses who doesn’t make you feel welcomed and a restaurant should be all about making you feel welcomed.
