His composure, attentiveness, and respectful demeanor made the entire interaction feel elevated—more like a boutique hospitality experience than fast food. He handled the order with clarity and precision, ensuring everything was correct and delivered with courtesy.
Adam, on the culinary side, deserves serious recognition. The ingredient build order on my burger was flawless—each layer placed with intention, balance, and care. The textures were clean, the flavors distinct, and the presentation far exceeded expectations. It’s rare to see such attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen, and Adam’s work made a real difference.

If zero stars was possible I would give them that. We got in town late and decided to grab a quick bite. I asked for no lettuce and add cheese. I got lettuce and no cheese. Handed it back so they could scrape off the lettuce and hand it back to me. My cold chicken sandwich couldn’t dream of melting cheese which went wonderfully with the stale fries they gave me. Evidently your entire crew thinks standing in front of your establishment vaping is more important. This might be the worst visit to a Burger King and that’s saying a lot because they rarely get it right. Stop giving people old food BK.

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant was dirty and honestly nasty inside. I ordered onion rings and paid extra for honey mustard, but didn’t even receive them. Trying to get anyone’s attention to fix the issue was a complete joke—let alone just getting someone to take your order in the first place. The soda machine was broken, so the only option was tea. To top it off, the staff looked irritated and annoyed to have to take an order or help customers at all. Definitely not worth the stop.

We had a great overall experience-service and food! Stephanie was professional, quick, and efficient. She gets the job done! We’ve been to many BK’s and other quick serve restaurants and she stands out as one of the best employees in the field. Stephanie is an asset. If she’s not a manager, she should be considered.
Ordered a Whopper meal and it was tasty. The sandwich was hot, lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the fries were perfect!

WORST experience ever. Went through the drive through and were told to pull around to the parking lot. When the food was brought 10 mins later (no other customers in the place or drive thru) to us one sandwich was grissle and muscle and literally draining grease everywhere. Took the bag with the other 2 meals into the restaurant to get a refund because everything was so coated in grease it was dripping off the bag and ended up standing at the counter (No one else in the restaurant still) to get a refund or new unsoaked with grease food for over 5 minutes while the 3 employees pretended they didn’t see me (after each made sure contact with me at least once)standing there before finally giving up and leaving without any correction. So seriously disappointed in the food and especially service or lack there of.
