Came here for lunch. Service was great. The set up is fun and interactive. $3.50 each for items on the conveyor. You can order primarily from the touch screen or with waiters. The friendly robot, if charged, will bring your drinks out with an upbeat 5-chord song playing. There’s a good variety of food to try and the ambience is perfect for groups. If it’s just you then you can sit in individual seating. Green hot tea goes perfect with all the sushi.

Great trading sushi on a revolving sushi belt/conveyor that you can pick up and eat. Or, you can order items off of the menu and they will arrive on an upper conveyor belt or they will be delivered by a little, futuristic, talking robot. The sushi and other food is pretty good and the prices are great. I would recommend visiting this restaurant for both a fun and unique experience and some good food.

I used to live in Japan and so I was super excited.

Service great. The music was loud and the delivery machine robot played really loud music. The “quite” Japan vibe you get in Japan isn’t here lol.

No free tea. Boo.. $4 for a hot drink is insane.

Prices are 2-3 times more than Japan. A tiny ramen was $11… what is going on?

The cleaning product they use for the floors is way too chemical smelling (it has a bleach smell) and the you can smell the towels they use too. The touch screen at our table was slow and almost unable and dirty and I don’t wanna touch it.

I had an amazing experience at Kura Revolving Sushi Bar! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, clean, and welcoming. The revolving sushi bar concept makes the whole dining experience fun and interactive, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful.
Matthew, my server, was absolutely outstanding. He was attentive without being overbearing, quick to answer questions, and made sure everything was running smoothly the entire time. His energy and professionalism really elevated the experience.
Huge compliments to Chef Shaun as well — the sushi was beautifully prepared and incredibly fresh. You can tell there’s real care and skill behind each dish. Every bite tasted high quality and well-balanced.
Overall, this was a top-tier dining experience. Great food, great service, and great vibes. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone in Dallas looking for quality sushi!

This was our first time experiencing revolving sushi as a family and we had a great time! We came here to celebrate my sister’s 16th birthday. Everyone has been beyond welcoming and accommodating to make this a memorable night for us all! ❤️⭐️

This place was a different experience for me with the food conveyor belt and robot delivering beverages. Interesting and convenient. Took a few minutes to be acknowledged and seated upon arrival. Food was wonderful and I order the same thing every time. It has become a lunchtime staple for my brother and me.

I usually enjoy Kura Sushi, and I’ve been to the ones in Frisco and Plano many times without any problems. But this location in Lewisville was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

When I arrived, the restaurant was almost empty. Still, the host told me to wait, so I did. I waited, waited, and nobody came to seat me. I noticed at least three staff members working. The host passed by me multiple times serving drinks to other tables, even took someone’s checkout, but completely ignored me. My son even said, “I feel invisible.” Only after all of that, he finally decided to seat us.

Once we sat down, things got worse. The restaurant was dirty, with water leaking under our table (I have photos). There was no food on the conveyor belt, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, urine and feces on the floor and toilet. My son tried to use it but couldn’t.

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. First and last time at this location. Zero stars.

The place was empty when I went. We waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. The sushi line was almost empty, so we ate watermelon and cucumber. After 10 minutes and mostly empty plates, we ordered on the screen. I wish there were a sauces button; I would pay for panzu, spicy mayo, etc. We only had ginger on the table, and when we asked for wasabi, the server gave a tiny bit. I ordered Tonkotsu ramen but didn’t like it; it lacked flavor, and the meat was tough. When asking about takeout, the server said we’d need to pay for everything, even uneaten. That made us realize the servers were a bit rude, and maybe it was the wrong day to try something new. A nice server at the end offered a bag for my to-go order, which my other server never did. She acknowledged our departure with great service, so I plan to return next week.
