I am so disgusted with this location and customer service. There was plastic in my food that looked like a retainer fell into the bowl. I tried calling and got an automated machine with no options to talk to a real person. There was no way to contact the location except drive from the other side of town. Do not ever order from this location — I would rather drive to Porter Ranch or Moorpark in the future. I should have been able to speak to a manager and been compensated for this issue. The place is also not to par on cleanliness and friendly or accommodating staff.

So I ordered the Carne Asada three tacos. There’s like one piece of beef in each piece. There was no lettuce. There was tons of beans. There was no tomato salsa, and a Cheez-It on top. I got free guacamole for joining and they put it all over the tacos. The chips were good, but there was no salsa to go with it that I ordered. Maybe they’ll get better but don’t rush over there just yet.

Horrible service and lazy employees.
I don’t need crazy portions but this is insane! This isn’t enough food for my 3 year old granddaughter.
Paid over $20 for a bowl with Brisket. There was literally two bites of meat, and a few strands of bell peppers. No problem gooping the sour cream though.
The fact I paid $20 for this is ridiculous. Ordered for pickup so didn’t see until I got home and the horrible store won’t do anything about it. I want a damn refund this b.s
I haven’t come here in awhile because the crappy service but gave them a try after YEARS and I’m kicking myself for flushing my money down the toilet.

Its unusual to think of Chipotle as a one star review but here’s my experience. Service was ok the employee asked the bare minimum questions. There was nothing personable about the interaction. The restaurant needed cleanliness attention and bathrooms were inaccessible-blocked off.
Lastly the portion size was less than ideal. I will let the picture speak for itself. Next time ill make a drive to a different town if I really am craving Chipotle.

Apparently everyone feels the same as myself.
I frequently visit this location but will now be visiting the New Location off Tapo Cyn rd in Simi Valley for many reasons.
The New one is Clean, Extremely friendly, and has a great atmosphere. The employees at the new location are about as friendly and helpful as they come. From the moment you are welcomed when you walk in the door to the moment that you leave, this is a very pleasant experience at the new location.
This particular location seems like it’s run by the lord of the flies. It’s always dirty, the employees are too busy “messing around” and cussing casually in the backroom as if no one can hear them clearly in the dining room, they are always cleaning up at around 7pm despite closing at 10:30, and the dining room and exterior is depressing. No lights outside(pitch black) and the sign isn’t even Illuminated.
I’ve often ordered basic basic items at 8pm and they are “sold out.” Meaning. They don’t want to make anymore of that item because they cleaned up already. Then, they pass it off by asking if you’d like to substitute. There is no option. You already paid and they are forcing you to get items you didn’t order instead of what you came for.
My biggest gripe are the Seemingly wild and disinterested employees. They need an actual manager at this location that can keep these kids in check. They are ruining this restaurant with their antics and lack of respect for their service job.
Every customer I observe seems unhappy with the service.
So. Bye bye Lord of the Flies. If I’m going to spend my hard earned money, I prefer to be treated respectfully.

Not sure why this Chipotle gives you less food for the same price as others. The customer service was pretty quiet, not really engaging, maybe they had a rough morning. The food tasted bland. I really like Chipotle, so I’ll try other locations but not this one.

Very rude service. I went to get dinner on 9/29 and showed up at 9:30 because we saw they close at 11 and we don’t like showing up to businesses right before they close so that’s why we chose Chipotle. My family works in the food industry so we know how it is when people come in the last minute. When we walked in we weren’t acknowledged and the girl is mopping the floor right in front of the food line. I thought maybe the Google hours were wrong and maybe they closed at 10 so I asked if they closed at 11 to double check, if they closed at 10 I would have walked out to let them close, but I thought since they were open til 11 we could still order food… and the girl right in front of us said Yeah we close at 11 but we need to do our pre cleaning first then goes back to cleaning the floor… Then she keeps mopping right in front of us and we wait another minute. There was no “hey ill be right with you guys I just need to finish up” just straight up ignored. I ask if they are still helping customers and instead of answer me, she’s like we’re out of this, out of that…Ok I’m thinking whatever we are already here, its late ill just get a bowl with whatever ingredients they have left and will make it work. So I ask Ok can I order a bowl? And she said I can help you after I’m done with my pre cleaning.. I told them they were rude and walked out. Man just lock the doors or tell us immediately when we walk in your out of everything if you dont want to help us, not just let us stand there watching you clean 1.5 hours before you close. I work food service so I get it but its not like we walked in 10 mins before closing. There were 3 people on staff we were the only 2 customers, she’s literally right in front of the food, its not like she was mopping the dining room. I’ve never been Chipotle but I was willing to order a bowl with whatever they had left after she named off what they were out of, but they basically refused to serve us until she was done cleaning. First world problems I know, but we got off work late and were in a pinch to figure out dinner and trying to go for a healthier option instead of go to a drive thru and late night options are minimal in Simi. Safe to say I will not be going there again to try their food. Employees need customer service training and management might as well just change the hours to close at 10.

Customer service needs improvement!! The food is fantastic! However, this Chipotle could really use a little help with customer service. It’s not ideal for a restaurant to have employees who don’t seem to be having a good time. I’ve worked in customer service myself, and no matter what day you’re having, you’re still representing the business as an employee. A smile goes a long way, and it’s great to be grateful for the opportunity to work!

Wow my mouth is burning because the chicken was WAY too salty. The portions are lacking here at this location. I love my chipotle at home, this location needs some serious help! After reading other reviews I totally agree & had the same issues I had here.
I opened my bowl & was so disappointed!!! I almost went back to ask for more lettuce for my ‘salad’ bowl…. there was one small handful of lettuce. One nice thing to say about here….they were generous with the guacamole on my ‘salad’ bowl. The picture makes it look pretty decent, but in person so disappointing.
After watching people order at the counter & getting nice FULL bowls I guess my expectations were that mine would be the same & shouldn’t make a difference if I ordered on the app.

Simi Town Ctr…I ordered a Sofritas bowl, they barely put any sofritas “meat” when I brought it to their attention they ignored me, however the person after me they stacked their burrito with chicken the guy putting it together was having a hard time closing the tortilla. To make matters worse I found a piece of plastic in my bowl. If I want Chipotle I’ll try another location, hopefully I have a better experience.
