Love this location. The food is consistently fresh, portions are solid, and the staff actually seems to care. Shout-out to the guy behind the counter who hooked it up without being asked – rare RNG luck in fast food. Quick, reliable, and it hits every time.

Not happy with this service. The asian lady that seemed to be a manager was working in two new workers, she seemed stressed out but in a negative way, didnt care about my request for more chicken when i told the other kid that i needed more when she was getting rid of us to move get to the other order. The other worker was listening to me request but she put a stop to it and told him to move the line totaly disregarding my request. İ was fine with paying more. But for her to fill the bowl up with rice and then only garnish with kungpao chicken was rude. All other two orders were also messed up by her. İf i wanted to only eat rice i would have cooked at home. Never going back there again.

I doordash in order on October 22nd at 7:30 p.m. not only did my Dasher have to wait 25 minutes for the order. There was no silverware, napkins, soy sauce, or fortune cookie with my order. When I called the location to ask why it took so long and why there was no extras in my bag. The employee hung up on me. I had this delivered to my work where I have no eating utensils. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Looking at the other reviews this is not a great location

The honey walnut shrimp the outside of it was soft and gross.. Orange chicken was soft and also gross and the chow main taste burnt.. All my food gave me a bad taste in my mouth that I can’t even eat the rest without feeling sick to my stomach.. Also I found a hair in my orange chicken which was gross after that I can’t even eat my food.. For now on I’m sticking to the new location on Coors bypass next to Rudy’s BBQ

Came here 12-9-25 to pick up a mobile order. When my son started eating grilled teriyaki chicken it turned out to be about 80 percent fat, it had very little chicken. So I returned and told an employee about it, she got a manager i believe named quincy. I explained what happened and with a bit of attitude just rolled his eyes got a small container put some orange chicken and put it on the counter. I advised him that the white carry out try had more chicken with fat in it, of course again seemed annoyed rolled his eyes again, it was obvious he was getting mad, got another small red box filled it with orange chicken and put it on counter. He didn’t say a word the whole time and was going to ask a question to him but he just turned around and walked away. Just bad customer service all from this manager.

I have been a regular at this location for 9 years. During the last few months, availability of food has gone down immensely. Portion sizes have gotten smaller as well while the price continues to go up. During the daily lunch rush, there are few customers present. Nobody in line in the Drive-Thru. Today it took 4 and 1/2 minutes to be acknowledged at the drive-thru. They only have one side dish available. Steamed vegetables. There is a 10 to 15 minute wait on three separate entrees. Orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and the new spicy orange chicken.

We waited in the drive thru 20 minutes before our order was taken. Other people walked in and were served right away. Another 15 to 20 minutes waiting to pay, tell me why this took almost an hour of waiting in line to get food?

My teriyaki chicken was burnt at the bottom. I feel they were hiding it so they put the good chicken on top so I wouldn’t see it. I just didn’t see it till I got home.
