Ordered thru the app and set the pickup time 20 minutes ahead to give me time to get there. Order ready time was supposed to be 6:10p tonight. I arrived a little early at 6p. The drive thru tells me they haven’t received my order and it might be at another location. I re-verified the address on my app with the crew. They refused to make the order and told me to pull up into the parking lot and wait to see if it comes into their system. I park. I wait. It’s now 6:07p and i see bk crew bringing food to other cars. She stops by to tell me that they got my order and they are working on it. I wait. It’s now 6:28 and another crew member stops by to tell me that they are still working on my order. In the meantime they are getting food for other cars, but not me… finally, at 6:35 i leave and go across the street to taco bell, where it takes me 7 minutes to get my order. I never received my food from BK and i’ll be filing a dispute with my cc company to get my money back. Online help with the app was a waste if time too. You’re better off not using the BK app if my experience is an example of function. Also, this crew on shift was worthless. They served everyone else but me and forced me to wait more than 30 minutes AFTER they told me they had my order. Poor app experience and poor service experience here.

I asked for a number 1, add cheese, no onions and extra pickles. I also got a sprite, but it’s just carbonated water because you haven’t changed your bag out. Those of us that work in the field see you and will absolutely call you out. I was the ONLY person in line and you couldn’t get my order correct. Should’ve taken your always empty parking lot as a sign.

I go to this Burger King frequently because it’s right down by the house every time that I’ve been the people were rude as hell you could tell none of them like their job their Attitude were horrible. Whoever owns this particular restaurant needs to check up on their people, especially at night. They are so rude and hateful.

Went through the Drive-Thru, was quickly greeted, and ordered a medium Double Cheese Burger meal with a Cherry Shlushy. Fries were nice and hot and the perfect amount of salt, and the slushy was fabulous. The Burger however, is where the issue is. The edges of the Burger meat were burnt, I had also asked for extra ketchup, upon opening my burger, there was barely any ketchup (pictured). Disappointed in the overall quality of the Burger. Everything else was good though. Hope they do better next time.
