Where are subway find these workers
We walk in there about 5:00 pm there is no customer in there the lady was making sandwiches for drive through also taking another order at the same time the other guy just stand there watch her with. Out helping or do anything I was stand there for like 5-7 minutes the woman take my order and the guy start to helping his uniform is so dirty so is the way he looks this is not the first time I experience subway employees looks so dirty like they did not took shower in week

This is absolutely my favorite Subway to come to enforcement. Cassidy, who typically works the evening shift is the main reason she’s always very particular about how well she listens when it comes to making my sandwich. She’s always able to multitask with the drive-thru and on the dine-in area as well. Very kind-hearted individual who definitely deserves a raise because she is definitely a light in that place.

Subway Fort Smith, Arkansas on 4700 Townsmen Ave is an exceptional restaurant with outstanding service! Even when I arrived 15 minutes before closing, the lone employee, Jasmine, warmly accommodated my large order of 10 foot-long sandwiches for my entire family. She handled everything with patience and a smile, creating a welcoming environment. The place was immaculate and inviting. Jasmine’s prompt and efficient assistance made the whole experience delightful. I highly recommend this Subway location, and kudos to Jasmine for her incredible help! She truly deserves recognition for being such a valuable team member. Thank you, Jasmine, for making our visit memorable!

I recently visited the Subway on Towson Ave in Fort Smith, and while the customer service was acceptable, the quality of the food was very disappointing. The onions were overly watery, and all of the vegetables had been sliced so thin that they were completely demolished. On top of that, the staff seemed very uncomfortable adding an acceptable amount of veggies to the sandwich. This left the food with no real flavor and a presentation that was embarrassingly unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be visiting this location again.

On 9/20 Cassidy and Rachael were working together in the evening, and the customer service was top notch. I’ve been in a few times with these two working. They’re always very friendly, and always working when I come in the door. They really deserve kudos.

Took FOREVER and DISGUSTING . Waited about 20 min in line while Watched the employee make about a dozen sandwiches ahead of mine. Never switched gloves the entire time while touching different meats, cleaning stuff, touching ovens and bread trays, etc… all the vegetables looked like they were cross contaminated. Whole line just looked like a mess. This will be the last time I ever patronize subway.

I placed an online order, which charged me and gave me a time to pickup said order. I arrived at 805 pm when my order should have been ready and no one is there. The doors are locked. There is no sign up saying they are closed. They literally took my money and did not fulfill my order. I’ve called but there’s no one there to answer. This is a huge inconvenience. The other stores can’t give me the same price and have to charge me again for my order at full price because I used coupons on the app. Do better subway!! This sucks!!
