Came late afternoon with two of my kids just to use a gift card I had. Store was extremely clean and staff was polite to us. The young lady that took our order was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and products. She assisted me on something new I wanted to try and help my kids do their orders. We drank our drinks inside and the vide was cool. Went to the bathroom during the visits and they were clean and tidy. A little weird to have a keypad on the bathroom doors but I understand. Will definitely visit the location again.

I thought one was supposed to be a white chocolate peppermint frapa but I had accidentally ordered hot chocolate. I’m not sure of the gentleman that helped us. When we told him what happened he was so kind to go above and beyond to fix it for us. I love this store. Everyone is so friendly and idling to help. Thank you.

Ordered online and picked up in drive thru so some questions don’t apply.
Had the same order at two other Starbucks and it’s been a bit different at each one.
Ordered extra whipped cream and it was lacking, barely a normal amount.
Overall, just okay, but okay if you gotta have Starbucks.

Got my venti latte and it felt light but I couldn’t see because there was a lot of foam. I open the lid about 8 mins later when I got to work and it was almost halfway gone. I go here like 3-4 times a week and this has happen more than often so now I am writing this.
Employees make well above minimum wage to have this kind of service and as someone who has ran coffee shops in my early days this is disrespectful to people paying 10$ coffees. Do better please.

Every time I order coffee here it’s always wrong!!! This time I couldn’t make it to goosecreek Starbucks so I door dashed a simple coffe when I received was missing the vanilla sweet cream cold foam and the drink wasn’t mixed properly and on top of that it’s so sweet you can’t even drink it. They seriously need to shut this Starbucks down I’m surprised they are still open!!
