I found a piece of tape in my whopper jr. So so sooo disgusting. Had I not checked my food, I would have ate that. I tried calling the store multiple times regarding this and they have yet to even answer the call. How does a piece of TAPE even get into a burger/mixed with lettuce?!???

I placed an order online. The order was large. The money was taken from my account but the store had no record of the order and I had no way to prove it other than the email from my bank showing the debit from Burger King. I am sure it was some type of user error on my part. Genesis, the MOD I presume, worked with me to try and find the order. after many attempts, she graciously filled the order. She was first class in her dealings with me and never made me feel stupid – which I probably am. Thank you so much!

Forgot my happy meal and then when I called they told me it was Bloomington. Not great when you’re in a snow storm and trynna feed your kid. Not sure if the phone lines are connected or if the Rosemount location just lied n said it was Bloomington but I called 6 times, no answer until apparently it’s “Bloomington” then I call again and no one continues to answer.

I’m done dealing with this location. One of the ladies finally moved herself close to the register so I could start ordering. She literally just stood there, not putting anything into the screen until I read off EVERYTHING I wanted. Then she said, “Wait, I need to put it in. Hold on.” Again, I had to repeat myself because her, and another woman have absolutely no work ethic at all. After I received my order, I realized of course, for the third time, they did not fill my order completely. I only ordered 5 items! I assume no manager exists, EVER, in this fast food location since the lady was on her phone texting, while another customer was waiting to put in his order. Oh, and if you look closely at the back bulletin board in the picture, a piece of paper says, “Smile” on it. They definitely smiled to each other, but seemed like a huge chore to ring up customers!!

Normally I don’t have any problems with this location. However, today while I was half way finished with my chicken sandwich, I discovered the cheese was covered in plastic… I have never had this happen to me at any restaurant before. I really hope i didn’t ingest any of the plastic. Do better please.

I had some really good food at this Burger King the past two visits. There Whopper meal is both a bargain and tasty. They still have the best French fries. Meal was hot and the drive thru was speedy.

6.30pm, Monday. Kids Playland was closed, and I had to explain my 4 kids, that somebody is too lazy to open it and keep it clean. Food was OK. My burger was just worm like a room temperature. It’s dirty here. Bathrooms stinky, floor wasn’t cleaned for whole day. Tables were greasy. No ketchup pump here.

Out of our last 5 delivery orders, not a single one has been correct from this location. Missing fries, missing burgers, modifications ignored, missing French toast sticks, WET chicken sandwiches, never putting the condiments in. The only reason we eat here is because they offer burgers at 6am. As an overnight worker, Im not looking for breakfast when i get off of work. The one time we drove to the location, their store hours posted on the window and on google were incorrect. They glared at us and rudely ask what we wanted. We said to place an order but they said they times were wrong on their window and Google.

It would be -0 star if I could..Spend $30+ on 2 meals plus another chicken sandwich and fries..this pathetic pos sandwich went to the trash. If I had gotten a receipt I’d have a picture of it too. Rosemount store, you gotta do better..Never going back..Bye bye
