We came in around closing time, the “girls trip” girls, for the very first time. Our server, O., welcomed us to the restaurant with a super nice attitude, setting a great tone and overall vibe to the place. O. took our order so expertly, without writing anything down, but pleasantly and patiently answered our silly questions, like, “which are your most popular dishes?” and “how spicy is the spicy sate soup?”, even keeping track of the orders we kept switching without writing anything down. So, bonus stars for service 9 out of 5 stars. The food was well made, hit the spot perfectly with flavor and spiciness. We ordered spicy sate soup, popcorn chicken bowl, summer rolls, fried rolls, pork chop dish, #10 soup (steak, brisket, tendon), thai tea, and calamansi drink. More bonus stars for food, another 9 out of 5 stars! Then, the owner, Alex, came out to meet us, so we could compliment his staff in person. He was awesome, too. Bottom Line: Great food. Great staff. Great atmosphere.

We both had only Pho (1 brisket and 1 vegetarian) and were both pleased. The wait staff was very attentive. Unlike some other Pho shops all the condiment bottles were clean and not sticky and junked up. The restaurant was clean, modern and a good atmosphere with upbeat music. We were surprised more people were not here. Might be our new Pho place.

This pho place is absolutely amazing!!! I ordered the beef stew and it was delicious. Usually I load my soup with the sauces but I barely needed any for this dish it already had so much flavor. My partner ordered the brisket and meatballs pho which was delicious. He enjoyed the taro smoothie and I got a refreshing drink with chia seeds in it. The portions were heaping and the food was fresh. The service was prompt and friendly. The space is very open and clean. Definetly recommend!!!

They food was better than average!! I got the pork ban sandwich and it was nice ,tender and came with some broth to dip in. Hubby got the spicy pho soup and he didn’t need to add any spice to make it spicy like other places. It’s clean and service is always friendly! This is definitely our favorite now!!

Pho Hoa is the best pho restaurant in the Tacoma/Lakewood area! Other pho restaurants are sub par compared to pho hoa. The flavors of the pho are outstanding. I love this location, the parking lot of safe and the atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxing. The restaurant is clean and they always play good music. I highly recommend the Vietnamese iced coffee or the coconut Thai tea with honey boba. I love the number two pho steak and brisket. The staff are incredibly attentive and polite. I have eaten here a dozen times or so and will keep coming here anytime I have a pho craving.

The food was good. I liked how my drink had a lot of jelly and fruit in my drink. The pho was beef steak and chicken with beef broth. The portion was really large if you’re looking for something with a big appetite. Would recommend coming back.

All of my noodles in my bowl of pho were broken. My iced vietnamese coffee was warm, watered down, and pale. Pho noodles should be long, and vietnamese coffee should be medium to dark colored. I was very disappointed. I ordered an appetizer, and it got forgotten, so I received it after my entree. I used to come here a lot, but I’m not okay with this level of inconsistency.

First time trying a another pho restaurant besides mama pho and got the hot&sour seafood noodles. it was bomb and had a nice combination of seafood in it. It’s pretty inside , loved the music, good service and very clean. Beansprouts were fresh and cleaned too.
Definitely worth coming too~

I am a beloved pho-natic and I eat pho at many restaurants. What got my attention is this Pho Hoa chain has a popular location in the ChinaTown District in Downtown Seattle. I was pleased with the flavor of the broth. Kinda has a Sesame flavor which was different but flattering. I ordered a meatball pho with chicken added and I was suprised at the massive amount of noodles. I, however was a little disappointed with the portions of meat. My total came to $20. I was also disappointed that the waiter brought me my check and set it next to my empty water cup. Overall the store is clean. I didn’t use the restrooms.

Underrated spot. Food and service were great, I have a picky eater and the chicken bowl was perfect.

The calamansi tea was awesome. I’ll come here again.
