This stop was a 5-star review until I entered the restroom.
The facility appeared very clean with only minor and recent messes visible when approaching the building.
The service was fast and efficient and the employee was methodically polite.
My burger was fresh and my curly fries were very good. Since I enjoy tiny and crunchy fries…all good as under the top pieces were all tiny, crispy pieces. Other customers may not like this as I do.
The lobby was clean with only minor issues which were from very recent customers.
My one issue was the restroom. It was sloppy and the sink was gross.
I came here because there are no Jack In The Box restaurants from where I am from. I also chose here because I refuse to pay an 18% surcharge like at “The Counter” which is a burger place where a burger would be $25 plus.
Overall, I enjoyed this visit and would return.

I ordered a deal through the app where I got a free Chicken Sandwich with a $1 minimum order. I just paid $1.19 + tax for some modified Tacos. The taste of the Chicken Burger was okay, comparable to a McChicken from McDonald’s. The service was a tad bit too slow, and they seem to put more priority to the drive thru rather than walk in customers. They also did not have soy souce which I ordered through the app. The resraurant was very standard, queit, and easy parking.

I’ve been to this Jack in the Box many times and haven’t had a bad experience yet as far as service goes. The food was typical fast food faire. Could be better, but what can I expect with low cost fast food??

If I could put less than 1 * I would have I would have put no stars avoid this place I went there with my kids in the morning for the first day of school wanted to get them breakfast all their prices on the menu were Incorrect and when I asked them why it’s ringing up different than what shown on the screen they had an attitude then the manager came out to the window and goes yes and I asked her about their breakfast croissant why it’s two for five and she goes we don’t have that anymore that’s no longer the price I appointed to the sign to show her you still have it advertised and she quickly took it down not apologizing or acknowledging the fact that that is false advertising so I went on to order chicken strips it said 529 for a five-piece combo she goes Its 5:29 for the five strips and I pointed to two signs on two different displays showing 529 for the five-piece combo and she goes I don’t know and I said okay let me talk to your corporate let me get your name she refused to give me her name she refused to give me the number to corporate I drove to the window I asked the girl who took my order what her name was you ma’am have a good day and refused to give me either so I’m going to put a complaint into corporate this location was the rudest I have ever been to I would avoid this place at all costs because their service is less than what it should be

Unfortunately they always seem to mess my order up. Maybe it’s them not paying attention or maybe it’s might be a lauangue barrier with staff. Im thinking they might not be able to read English to well. Its hard enough to learn to speak a second language and reading and writing in a second language is im assuming even more difficult. I’m not mad dont blame them. Just my observation/ opinion . Im still going to eat there i just need to remember to check my order before I get all the way home):( 🙂

Was really bad service. I order #3 combo and I had a coupon for free meal and they didn’t want to accept it because they said it was for another restaurant not there’s the coupon said any jack in the box you can redeem it they just didn’t want to take it very disappointed never had this experience at other jib

Edit, lowering my review from three stars to two stars. About a week since I left my last review and I’ve been the Jack in The box two or three times. Twice already, my order of two jumbo jacks has come with one of them with a tomato, and one without a tomato, after the owner of the store replied to my comment. very disappointing, it’s not just that I have to pick the tomatoes out, I am placing an order here for food to be made in a specific way through the customization in their app, and their workers repeatedly and consistently cannot follow the simplest instruction. I am not being provided what I’m paying for here. Will continue to edit my review in a few weeks to see if there is any sort of process improvement, or if there’s just no care at this store.

I always make my orders without tomatoes, and I say a majority of the time, this store cannot even get it correctly. I place it two for five jumbo Jack no tomato order because of a deal, and it’s not even like they consistently put tomatoes in, or they consistently leave them out. In the same order of only two burgers, they will put tomatoes in one Burger, and have no tomatoes in the other Burger, it’s like these people are so confused about how to use their hands and their eyes I have no clue what the heck is going on in their kitchen. Only Plus is it’s open late.
