Add a really good breakfast bagel from Tim Hortons today. The drive-thru was friendly and fast. And the homeless lady out front asking me for money was a nice touch!

They are very fast and pushy at the drive thru speaker but still ask upselling questions. No big deal.
My coffee was ready when I got to the window but tastes like they forgot the 2 sugar.
My farmers wraps were missing cheese and chipotle sauce. The eggs taste like they have been steamed in bleach water and the hashbrowns were so dry and hard, they had to have been out for a couple days at this point.
Tried this location as it’s a little more convenient but I’ll be sticking to the others, at least the food is edible elsewhere.

This location is close to home, but I don’t make it here often. This afternoon solidified why I will not be making an effort to return. As I pulled into the drive-thru I needed a moment to decide and I very clearly said “just a moment please.” When I was ready to place my order the employee on the other end very rudely snapped “Well, we’ve been waiting on you.” He was clearly agitated and had a terrible attitude. Still, I responded politely and apologized if he didn’t hear me say I needed just a moment and proceeded with my order. I did not realize I just missed breakfast and he scoffed and laughed when I ordered it as if making fun of me for not knowing the time passed would somehow make up for his perceived inconvenience of waiting 45 seconds for me to decide what I want. I left without ordering and know that moving forward there’s no need for me to return to this location for awful service and mediocre food.

There’s a reason this TH has low ratings. Today, there was a sign in the drive through that said “everyone called off.”
This is pathetic and unprofessional. I had to drive a couple miles further to a TH that had employees show up.

That new sandwich of egg whites, bacon or sausage and swiss cheese is out if this world. I love eating healthy and this wrap was hot, flavorful and super delicious.

It would be nice if this Tim Hortons operated like most other Timmy’s. This location always has issues with the time that they’re open and they don’t make fresh coffee 30 mins before closing like the other Timmy’s. They use to be open inside…not anymore. They use to stay open past 5pm so that people that get off work could order drinks/food after work…not anymore…they close at 3pm but the latest time change is they are “temporarily” closing at noon per the handwritten sign over the drive thru speaker! 12 noon is the worse time to be closed…that’s working people’s lunchtime! Smh …Hopefully another Timmy’s opens up in the area.

I feel like the staff at this store makes up their own store hours. Closed at 1pm one day. Closed at 3pm another day. Meanwhile the sign on the door says 5pm closing.
