Alex is amazing!!! Great service, very attentive and helpful at the order station. He was so kind when rudely interrupted by another woman working and cut him off while he was taking my order. He continued his service for me and made sure everything was perfect even when the woman didn’t complete my order and rushed me along.

Ok so i am usually lenient in reviewing a place by overlooking negatives with positives. However this place was dirty with flies flying around everywhere. On a sunday morning when crowds usually come in. Check out the photos. service was ok but they need to clean this place up before a food inspector shows up.

Consistently good food and coffee. I favor the Vanilla Hazelnut coffee and the Bacon Avocado Tomato bagel sandwich with one egg white; when I get two egg whites, it feels like one of them is always trying to escape the sandwich.

This Einstein’s has always been on POINT!! I haven’t been back in a while since I moved rather far away from this location, but I am always greeted the moment I open the door and then met with a smile by the time I make it to the counter. Alaina and Hunter are so awesome and Alaina works with my complicated order (with a smile might | add) and is just so pleasant. They both are! I love this location over so many other locations.

There are a lot of mixed and negative reviews, but mine will be positive. I went in, and there are 2 entrances/ exits. I didn’t see a drive thru anywhere at this location. There was a bit of a line on this particular Saturday morning. I was unsure of what to get, and the cashier showed me the menu and asked if she could help the next person while I decided. She advised to order a half dozen as they were cheaper vs. buying only 4. Pretty speedy service provided, and everything was fulfilled. Don’t forget to get a doggie bagel for the furry ones.

I love Einstein’s but this location could use some work. This is the closest/most convenient location to me. I order the same thing every time: Ham, Swiss and Egg bagel. Today was the second time that the wrong cheese was put on the sandwich.
The last time I was here, our order was somehow forgotten and we waited 30+ minutes before we figured something was wrong and went to ask about it.
I would say that it’s usually done right, but after multiple issues happening within a short span of time, I’m feeling really frustrated with the service here.

Maps reviews gave this location 2.5 stars. Lots of reviews talk about “skinny bagels” … after ordering my food I realized most reviews were pretty accurate. Everything about the bagel I got was OFF. The bagel texture was very hallow. The egg whites were flavorless. The smashed avocado was not even smashed as you can see chunks off avocado in the picture.
I asked questions about the hash browns & it was never explained that the hash browns are actually “ Cheesy Hash browns with chives ” .. I bit into the the hash brown and was immediately disgusted by the flavors of cheese & by the very soft texture of potatoes. Hash browns are just potatoes.. if your hash browns has extra ingredients like cheese & chives that should be advertised & explained especially when a customer is asking questions.
The chai latte.. let’s just say the chai that I spent $6 bucks on, never left the store, it went right into the trash.
I wanted to give this place a try despite the low reviews but $25 for nasty breakfast is a huge disappointment.

its hard to be understanding when the cashier gets huffy for doing their job. if you’re going to be face to face with customers, at least be a little pleasant?

I signed up for the rewards program on the app to order. I was surprised with a FREE bagel of my choice with a choice of schmear! It was hat, toasty, creamy and such good flavor and chewy delicious-ness!! Pleasant manager and cashier. Also had a passion fruit, orange and lemonade drink!! I’m on cloud 9 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always good bagels at Einsteins the gist of 7500 Wells Fargo bank next to Starbucks. I ordered a Spanish bagel and a breakfast bagel and a drink for $13.
You can ask for the bagel to be a make flat, which is less bread !
