I’m gonna be super honest. I’ve been going to this spot for years with my mother and it was always great. Good food, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff members, etc.

In most recent times, the quality of the food has gone noticeably downhill. To the point where it tastes and looks concerning to eat. Not to mention, there is a bad smell in the restaurant and I saw a roach one time.

The experience that really topped it for me was a time when I went up to order. I kindly asked the lady who was taking the order if a particular menu was available (because sometimes they are limited and menu options come and go). Instead of her simply answering with a yes, she decided to rudely raise her arms toward the menu and turn around to it then turn back at me with a blank stare. Without saying a single word.

I was astonished because I had never seen this type of rude – unnecessary passive aggressive behavior from an employee – let alone at a place I’ve been going to since I grew up. I ignored it and just ordered the menu.

My only rationale is that she was having a bad day or was stuck in an unfortunate situation. I believe her name was either Lilly or Lilliana.

On the bright side, there is another lady who works there who has been there for many years. She has always been kind and professional. I appreciate her a lot. I don’t recall her name but if I find it I’ll leave another positive review I believe I’ve seen her at Our Lady of the Valley church. I’ve seen her working there since I was a kid. Fantastic, humble working woman who needs a raise.

I understand Halloween night is probably busy but how is it that the order I give at the drive thru is read back to me how I ordered it – assured by the guy that it’s correct, yet when I get my receipt and food it’s NOT what I ordered or how it was read back to me. It’s already really expensive to eat here now and 2 people didn’t get their burgers. It took too long to get thru the drive thru already and I don’t want to spend another 30 minutes there

Just ordered a wester burger and the bun was stale. Meat was cold. Cheese looked was not melted due to the food being room temp. Absolutely nasty. You should be embarrassed to serve this quality. You will be out of business if that continues

Your guys’ soda machines arent mixed property. My whole family just unanimously said that the drinks here are always under flavored. Its almost like you guys are trying to ration the syrup.

It takes like soda with melted ice without ice even added.

I recently visited this place along with my family. We ordered 3 combos. I really like the ambiance of the restaurant. The lady who take our order listen carefully also food was awesome. It was hot and fresh. I like the service and definitely will come back.

Normally, I don’t do reviews, But after what happened today I’m so disappointed at this location.
I made an order on DoorDash twice and both times they were canceled.
The first order was canceled instantly and the second order went through, but then 20 minutes later was canceled. DoorDash told me to call the store to ask why my order was canceled.
I called both times the first time was annoying but the second call was DISRESPECTFUL.

I’ve been coming to this location since I was 12 years old, I am now 33 and never had an issue until now. I understand it was online and maybe there was something wrong with their online system but instead of saying, “ I didn’t get it ” having an attitude, getting loud and interrupting customers. Employees need to be well trained on how to fix the issue, be understanding and be apologetic.

I will not be returning to this location for awhile and I will make sure that family/friends won’t be coming here either.

Metal in my burger. Spoke to manager lili and she said there was no way that was in burger since they get everything frozen? Ok so this was a piece of like a metal sponge. I had partial refund on a $5 burger. Bad customer service, bad food.

Extremely disappointed in how Carls Jr would allow any of their stores to become so run down. The food was mediocre… we
bypassed other locations thinking this store would be cleaner.. not a chance and I was saddened to see homeless in the lot next door. Only good thing here was the manager who took our order inside where I would not suggest eating… we should have ate in our car. We threw most of our food out.

The sign on the window clearly says that the dine-in opens at 6am. When I pulled the door to open it, it was still locked at 6:02 am. One lady behind the counter shakes her head NO at me and turns away. The other two ladies turn around and ignore me as well. When I returned from getting gas at the station next door at 6:20 am, the doors were still locked. I will be calling the corporate office to report this. They had enough employees to accommodate me, but chose not to.

So I planned on ordering from Carls Jr because someone at my work gave me a 20% coupon off any purchase card and I wanted to take advantage of it. After ordering 4 items off of the menu, my total came out to $56 before the coupon. I’m sorry but in what world is this food worth this much money? I haven’t been to a Carl’s Jr in a long time but after seeing how empty this restaurant was, I can see why. The price does not reflect the quality nor the brand of this establishment. I’m rating this place 2 stars solely due to the price. The food was actually good but not worth $56.
