We had a great meal here, splitting a bibimbap and a bulgogi. Both were very flavorful, as were the four banchan. The beef was very tender and they gave us some gochujang which is always appreciated. The service was super friendly and the food came out fast.

The worst stew I’ve ever had. It is flavorless and tastes like kimchi washed in water. The pork didn’t have any meat it was only chunks of fat. The stew only had 2 chunks of tofu. Unacceptable

The restaurant is very clean. Food is authentic. We came for lunch on Sunday. We ordered bibimba (Korean rice) and cold noodles for two of us. The portion was good. We asked for a box to bring the leftover. That will be my lunch at office tomorrow.✌️ Very relaxing dining experience. We recommend this restaurant!

Best Spicy Pork Bulgogi I’ve ever had! It was tender and had just the right amount of spice (not overwhelming) and the service was great and friendly. Also very clean I will definitely be back to try other dishes

The food quality was subpar, with a lack of flavor and seemingly less fresh meat. The kimchi and Banchan were also underwhelming. It may be beneficial for the establishment to consider revamping their recipes or menu. While I had hoped for a better experience, it is unlikely that I will return. On a positive note, the service was satisfactory and the location/ambiance were average. The interior could use some improvement as it is a bit dim. Enhancing the taste of the food could potentially attract more customers. Overall, the pricing is average.

Great no-frills spot with large portions, good banchan, and quality food. Lunch specials are great (especially the katsu) and their main menu has great variety, my go to is the spicy beef soup. Highly recommend checking it out!

My spouse and I recently had an outstanding dining experience at Hodori Korean Cuisine. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the clean and inviting atmosphere. The service was prompt and friendly, setting the stage for a great meal.

I opted for the spicy pork, which was an absolute delight. The pork was tender and cooked to perfection, with a spicy kick that was just right—not too overwhelming but enough to satisfy my love for spicy food. Each bite was flavorful and fresh, with the spices and marinade perfectly balanced. My spouse chose the bibimbap, which did not disappoint. The dish was a beautiful mix of fresh vegetables, savory beef, and perfectly cooked rice, all topped with a delicious fried egg. The presentation was impressive, and the flavors came together wonderfully.

One of the highlights of our meal was the kimchi. We’ve tried kimchi at numerous Korean restaurants, but this was by far some of the best we’ve ever had. It was incredibly fresh, with a perfect balance of spice and tanginess. The kimchi complemented our main dishes perfectly and was so good that we found ourselves going back for more.

The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied. Additionally, the overall dining experience was enhanced by the friendly and attentive service we received throughout our meal.

In summary, our experience at Hodori Korean Cuisine was nothing short of fantastic. The fresh and delicious food, exceptional kimchi, and friendly service make it a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Korean cuisine. We will definitely be returning soon!

Delicious korean comfort food done fast. This really is my favorite no-frills korean food, especially being so close to Eagle Rock. This is fast and casual but also extremely affordable and just as good if not better than the best spots in K-town.

Spicy Beef Soup was delicious and packed the right amount of kick. We also love their biminbop and pork katsu as our other dishes. Banchan is respectable and a nice welcome addition to this fast casual restaurant.

Something simple and yet so tasty. I had ramen soup and spam with sweet rice wrapped with seaweed. The service was good. The server was attentive and pleasant. The place was nice and clean and ample parking. Would definitely recommend and eat here again

Selleungtang/ beef soup was really good, beef was a little dry, soup was very flavorful. The hot stone bibimbap was very good, very authentic, the short rib marination tasted different from what I’m used to but still tasted good. The banchan/ side dishes were good but a little spicy. Service was a little curt.

Would come here again though to try the other dishes. The ones we had tasted very good in general.
