This is a very small Taco Bell location unfortunately and when there’s a lot of people here (especially kids from the nearby schools after school days are over), it can lead to the interior feeling super stuffy and cramped. The service here is okay, I’ve only ever come to pick up doordash / Uber Eats orders. I haven’t ordered food from here yet. The turnover time on receiving orders generally seems to be a little bit slow compared to other Taco Bell locations. From what I’ve noticed, I always see other DoorDash drivers waiting around for just as long as I am and I also see people with mobile orders also having a little bit longer, wait at times compared to what you could expect from a usual Taco Bell. Unfortunately, it just seems like this location isn’t the fastest overall. It is clean inside, typically, but due to the size of the store and the general restraint when there’s people there, I’m just not a fan of the atmosphere. Clean bathrooms, polite, and respectful staff, but that’s all I can really say about this location as for my side of things.

Inconsistencies. Yes it’s Taco Bell. For 99 cents for an extra sauce of nacho cheese, I would expect it to be full not half the container. One of my chicken dippers was packed of chicken. The other not so much. Next time, I’ll just go across the street for a gyro for 5$ more.

Ghost-town ambiance as the Ripoff new menu is sickening. Tiny 2oz plastic tub of grossly mixed together pico de gallo, sour cream, beans and beef with 1 oz of chips replaces the legit Double beefy Nachos in a flat box they offered for the same $2.99 price as before. The $2.99 tiny caramel stuffed churros are the size of a small weiner cut into 3 and taste like microwaved plastic. The large $4.69 Freeze is the size of a small ICEE.

I will say, I don’t typically have issues with this Taco Bell, but I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered the big cheez it box, and I don’t know if they let it sit for so long the cheez- it disintegrated or if they just didn’t put it in at all, but there’s was no cheez-it present in the crunch wrap. My box was handed to me halfway falling apart and covered in food from the prep line, and to top it all off, of course they didn’t give me any sauce that I asked for.

On 12/27 my family and I went through the drive-thru a couple of weeks ago to purchase a freeze. I am not exactly sure of the time, but it was dark outside, so maybe 6 or 7…

I asked a male voice at the drive-thru if my freeze could be mixed half n half (strawberry and blast) and was told no. I mentioned that I have always ordered it that way and was told that there is no way to charge me for that, so “no!”

I asked for a manager and the person on the other end of the intercom said the obvious “I am a manager.” I responded, “ok, so we’ll talk to you at the window.” The male voice said in a threatening tone, “Bet!”

It was a busy night, so there were a few cars ahead of us. When my family and I got to the window, a twenty something Hispanic woman immediately slammed the window after the car before us pulled off and locked it. We waited at the window for what felt like ten minutes, listening to threats and honks behind us.

We noticed the hispanic woman speaking with someone near the fryers that was out of our view. She rolls her eyes and throws up her hands then relents and opens the window. We ask her if the co-worker standing next to her near the soda machine is the manager who said “Bet!” She said “no.” She then states “you guys made him cry.” Our response was “make who cry?” She says that we made the guy standing at the soda machine for several mins doing nothing, we made cry.

I asked “how did we make him cry if he wasn’t the person on the speaker? We didn’t even speak to him…” She had no response on the mystery manager or how a civil conversation at the drive-thru led to someone crying, a disappearing manager and a locked window.

It made it seem like she was scared of us for some reason. I asked why did she lock the window. She had no response. I mentioned that there was no reason to lock the window other than our appearance making her feel threatened because the conversation at the intercom was civil (on our end only). She responded, “My father’s Black!”

I am not sure why this Hispanic woman thought that would be an appropriate and professional response, given her responsibility as a professional and given the nature of this climate that we live in.
She wanted to taunt us and I wasn’t having it. I asked for the drink that was purchased several times, accepting to take it the regular way. She refused over and over again.

(Meanwhile there is a car behind us and there is a woman yelling slurs at my husband during the ENTIRE interaction to which the woman at the window is listening to as well. Soon the other cars start joining in yelling and screaming to hurry up and go on)

It came to a point where the streaming and yelling was way too much and the cashier seemed to ignore it all. As frequenters of this establishment I was appalled that she allowed this to go on, knowing that within the first 60 seconds of her opening the window I asked to take my drink the way it came.

She could have avoided this disruption. She wasted my time, my family’s time, and all of the angry, impatient people behind us. This establishment is disgusting!

Lol, don’t order from here.
I came in as a Dasher to pick up one simple order, and even after standing there for about 15 minutes, not a single employee acknowledged me. Eventually, the “manager” came to the front — looking like she’d just woken up in the back — and things somehow got worse.

While I was on the phone with the customer, they told me they had called the store to let them know I was waiting. Apparently, the manager hung up on them and then made fun of them right after. Great leadership example, right?

To top it off, the order I’d been waiting on was literally sitting right behind the counter the entire time, well within sight but out of reach. The store itself was an absolute mess — garbage on the floor, overflowing trash bins, and no sign that anyone had cleaned all day.

I’ve worked in the food industry for nearly 15 years, so I completely understand that things can get hectic. But this was beyond that — it was pure disorganization and unprofessionalism. Completely unacceptable experience from start to finish.

My crunch wrap supreme was really burnt. I had already driven home so just ate it not it was not enjoyable. It looked, smelled and tasted burnt and should have been remade when they saw the condition it was in.

It’s a Taco Bell and the food is as advertised. The service is friendly and fast. I come here about once a month. They used to forget my sauce or get an item wrong pretty regularly, but they have been remembering everything every time the last couple months. So they’re doing a good job! If you get a Mexican pizza with other stuff, we l ask for the pizza in a separate bag. It’s their company policy to put everything in as little bags as possible, which will squish the pizza. But they are nice and will give you the separate bag if you ask.

Rudest staff I’ve ever seen anywhere. I was in the store on Monday 1/12/26 around 4:30 pm when an Uber driver walked in to ask for an order. The old man behind the counter gave it to the driver and walked away. When the driver asked for help with the order, the old man shouts “Do you even know how to read”. A couple of moments later, “I bet you never even went to school.”.
What kind of miserable person do you have to be to treat anybody this way? I think the Uber driver left without picking up the order.

So done with this Taco Bell. It’s so close to us, it’s been super convenient but just done. Always missing items, sloppy prep of your food, rarely get ample sauces. Huge need to raise the hiring, training and management bar here. Tonight, 3 item order…missing one, taco looks like a toilet scene, and 2 hot sauces when I asked for “lots”. In no world is 2 considered lots. Sadly, this is typical. Done.
