About two weeks ago I ordered a salad to go from Crisp & Green and found a metal screw in it while eating, nearly breaking a tooth. I called the store right away and was told a manager would follow up the next day. When no one reached out, I called a second time and was told the manager had been ill and would contact me shortly. It has now been two weeks and I have still not received a follow up call. I’m grateful I was not injured, but it is concerning that this happened and even more disappointing that no one took the time to follow up.

We are in town from Michigan and loved this place. Jack, our server, was so pleasant, polite, and did an excellent job making our wrap. The food was fast but felt fresh and healthy. We would definitely come here again and might even do so a few more times before we leave. We split a wrap and there was plenty of food for us. However, someone could easily devour a whole wrap themselves. Pictured in the photos is Jack, so if you get him, you’re lucky!

Such a bummer that every time we get our order for pickup or delivery that it’s always an inferior product than if you’re standing over them in line watching them make it which is the ultimate accountability. Inevitably our to go orders are smaller servings and just not as good. My Date Time smoothie was so watery and had zero flavor and my wife’s Caesar was half a normal order had we ordered in the store. I guess you have to milk your profits somehow, but I’m very disappointed in the cost vs. quality and value. DONT ORDER ONLINE!!!

The Two to Mango acai bow tasted so good. This has to be the best acai I’ve had in Minnesota. Even the Be Well smoothie was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone new to Minnesota.

We have been ordering from this place for a long time. Unfortunately, lately, the quality of food doesn’t match their prices . We ordered a salad and a wrap today. The salad was the size of half of regula bowl and the wrap was the length of my fingers. And my fingers are not long. Let me add that the wrap costs over $14. When we cut it in half we found one small piece of chicken, 3 small pieces of sun dry tomatoes, lettuce and dressing… Will not be ordering there anymore.

I enjoy grabbing lunch from here once in a while. It is a bit on the pricey side for a salad but all is made from fresh ingredients. There are lots of great healthy choices on the menu, I got the Cinco De Light salad with the Date Night smoothie, both very delicious! As for the experience, it is very busy around lunch time so I ended up standing in line for quite a while but the service is exceptional! Employees were very friendly, I was greeted with a smile. They were fast and yet patient and I extremely appreciate it!

The staff behind the counter were super helpful to this first timer. The food is so fresh and delicious. I definitely fell in love and will be back to try the other bowls I was considering. Highly recommend a stop here.

Purchased a Thai & Stop me for pickup on Feb 1st. When I got home my salad was missing the Shrimp, Oranges and Peanuts…SERIOUSLY?!?! Called the store and they said they would refund my money. I have now contacted them twice because no refund ever came, they added some loyalty points into my account! But it didn’t even cover the cost of the salad. It is Feb 22nd and STILL NO REFUND! I am very disappointed!! The correspondence with them just kept assuring me that I wasn’t charged….I explained that it was on my CC Bill and they said they would take care of it…..STILL WAITING!!!!

I have been visiting Crisp & Green in Wayzata for a couple years now and: each.and.every.time.I.am.impressed. Every time I go to get a salad, it is made perfectly. I custom build with whatever I feel that day (usually a lot of yummy FRESH veggies because there are SO many choices) with a cherry on top (a crispy melted cheese square!). I will continue to be a regular at this location, even after moving from the area almost a year ago…and if that doesn’t say how good this place is…

YUM! Two Words: Fiesta Bowl! Get it. So tasty.
Brown rice, roasted chicken, avocado, napa cabbage, jalapeño, black beans, fajita peppers & onions, queso fresco, pepitas, roasted tomatillo salsa, lime squeeze, & jalapeño-lime vinaigrette. It was warm and it was super tasty.
Staff was super friendly, happy to help out first timers. Place was clean, well lit, and welcoming. The salad was wonderful! Definitely will be going back to try more of the menu!
