Place was empty, not a single customer around. Employees were very rude and abrupt and I felt rushed. I’ve never been to an Einstein Brothers Bagel. Nothing was fresh, and the bagel sandwich wasn’t toasted. I’m thinking that they are skimming out of the cash drawer. It was rounded off to the nearest dollar. Two bacon egg and cheese bagels for exactly $12, paid with a $20 bill and got $8 change back in bills. Didn’t even get a receipt. I’ll never be going back to this establishment.

I love this place so much!! It has been my go to place every weekend! The employees are so sweet and hardworking. Really love how they customize bagels for me since I am vegetarian. Do visit and try it out 🙂

It’s a very mixed bag. Many of the workers here are rude and disrespectful. I’ve overheard workers loudly making fun of the people in line, loud sighs over slight change in orders and more. The other day they loudly cheered over running out of bagels ( so they wouldn’t have to make anymore sandwiches?). But, many of the employees are very hardworking and provide good service. It seems to drastically depend of the days you go. On the other hand the food is very good and they have very good iced chai.

People are really nice and they do their best. Food it really good. I get a cheddar bacon bagel and a vanilla cold brew. One of the baristas was happy to watch my drink while I went to the bathroom. The wait time can be like 10-15 minutes if you go around lunch time, but they do their best to move quickly.

They are very rude and DONT TOAST THE BAGELS! I sound dramatic but this has happened over 10 times at this point and when you ask them to remake it toasted they act like you’re the problem I never leave reviews normally I don’t care but me and this location have history and bad aura and vibes -1000000/10, toast the god damn bagels

Amazing place. The bagels are great. The people are friendly and so many times handout free leftovers.

Food is amazing but customer service was lacking. I went here 2/3/23 and the woman in the back with brown hair in a pony tail was extremely disrespectful. She was talking over us while we were ordering and constantly yelling. I don’t know if she’s having a bad day or what but she needs to tone it down!

Thought I’d give this place a chance and immediately regretted my decision. The bagels are what an old professor of mine would call a “midwestern bagel” – Bread with a hole in the middle. They are bland and tasteless. My bagels were also cold and not toasted like I requested. It seems like the incompetent people in charge here don’t understand how a toaster works or how to keep something warm.
The cream cheese is runny, and the poorly trained employees working barely put any on my bagel at all. If I’m paying you three dollars for bread, I’d prefer not to be ripped off.
This location is not even convenient. If you want an over-priced, poorly made bagel, you have to pay to park a distance away. If it weren’t such a hassle to get to the restaurant, I would drive back over there and demand a refund.
Don’t come here. Go to Bagel Cafe. I’ve had some choice words for them about their bagel quality, but if their bagels are only supermarket quality, then Einstein’s bagels are the same quality of bagels you’d get off of a Dollar Store sale rack.
I hope this horrible shop goes out of business not just locally, but nationwide.

My stepsister, who lives in Arizona, gave my boyfriend and me Einstein Bros. gift cards for Christmas. Neither of us had ever been to an Einstein Bros. before, so we were excited when we could finally come here yesterday. Got our food ordered and handed who I’m assuming was the manager the gift cards, only to be told that gift cards aren’t accepted at this location. The manager then paid for our meals! Very kind of her to do so, which is why I’m giving 5 stars. Our turkey clubs were pretty tasty, too! Looking forward to our next visit, minus the gift cards, which I guess I’ll have to give back to my stepsister, since the only other location in Oklahoma is for FAA employees only… Bummer. 🙁
