Had already shared a review but decided to make a new one. Called ahead since they wanted to be disrespectful to my partner when trying to go up there to correct her order and no one answered. Then when they did said nothing on the phone and hung up. Food was cold after getting it corrected and was rude when she asked if it could be fixed then clapped when she left. Food is dry and cold and not good whatsoever. Would not recommend to anyone. Hey got free cold non seasoned fries at least

Went through the drive thru and the lady literally coughed all over my food before handing it to me. Directly coughed on my bag of food. Gave me spoiled sour cream, and proceeded to put tomatoes on my chicken sandwich when I ordered no tomatoes. Gave me 2 tiny shreds of lettuce. Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Horrible service. Don’t go to this restaurant!

I came here with a van full of students (like 7 students) I ordered ahead of time on the app to pick up inside, whereas my classmates ordered in person. The people working inside were very nice! I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and a sour cream and chives baked potato. At first, the bag did not have the sour cream in it, but I went up and asked for it and got it with no issue. They were able to get out all of our orders within 10 minutes, which was incredibly impressive. The food was hot and delicious, as I expected it to be. This was a nice experience!

Very slow service for fast food. I literally stood there, waiting 10 minutes for my meal. An apology/explanation would’ve helped. And they really could work a little harder on the Frosty presentation.

Update 7.23.25: I ordered after work through the app using a deal that included 6 piece nuggets free. The app didn’t seem to take off the charge, but no problem, I wanted the nuggets anyway.
She hands me my shake, glances at my work uniform, then grabs the bag, gives it to me, asks if I’d like any hot sauce (for the chili), and I reply “Yes, if you have some.” Her face brightens a bit, she steps back from the window and closes it. And proceeds to ignore new with a little smile.
I’m feeling likes this is really weird and I must definitely be missing some context or not understanding the rules of the game at this moment. I drive to the grocery store parking lot next door, check out the contents of the bag, and find absolutely no nuggets. There’s no receipt in the bag, and even though I ordered through the app, I really don’t want to go inside and argue it, as not wanting to go into a store in my uniform after my shift was the primary reason I picked the drive through. So I ate what I got.
The food is good. The service? Weird, just weird…

Fast and friendly. Nice for late night food and never a problem to find parking nearby any time of day. Leaving the drive thru is a tight turn, be careful or you’ll scrape your tires on the curb.

If my granddaughter didn’t like the son of baconator I would never buy anything from this Wendy’s in Cornelia. The order is very simple one son of baconator with mayo. I ask them is it mayo only and they say yes check it and other condiments on it. Horrible pathetic don’t give a red rats behind if it is correct or not. And the people have a rude attitude. If I could give a negative 10 I would.

Went through the drive through just a few minutes ago and ordered two kids meals and two other meals, all of our food was cold. Everything! I feel like that’s literally stealing to take my money and give me gross old food. Won’t be returning and hope no one else does. Don’t waste your money. Sad, because just 3 months ago I ate here at lunch and everything was hot. It was about 4:00 p.m. when I went through the drive-thru and we were not the only car in the Drive-Thru so I imagine everyone else’s fries were cold too.

Traveling. Stopped for food. Everything was okay until we asked to change the order. The cashier got an attitude and made us feel bad. The manager who came to help was no better. Okay everyone can have a bad day. However in the dining room a worker was cleaning tables. She didn’t smile back when I tried to be friendly. She cleaned the same tables over and over. She told some customers that they couldn’t sit at a table because it was dirty. The same table she had just cleaned!!! The true reason was because she was charging her phone!!! See photos. Horrible service. Be aware if going.
