Town Biscuits is a bright, minimalist brunch spot with a friendly, welcoming staff and a fun bluegrass soundtrack playing in the background. The space feels airy and modern with a subtle hip vibe, and it’s clearly designed for quick, casual brunch service.
The biscuits and gravy were very tasty: rich and flavorful, though a bit lighter on sausage than expected. The gravy isn’t exactly traditional Southern style, but it’s still delicious (almost drinkable!). Portion size was slightly small for a full meal unless you add sides.
Food came out extremely quickly, though they forgot utensils at first.
Overall, a great quick brunch stop with strong flavors and a cool atmosphere. I’d come back to try one of the biscuit sandwiches next time

Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had, and I’m not just saying that because it’s one of the only places you can get a hearty breakfast for under $10 in the neighborhood.
I got the sausage, egg, and cheese with a side of home fries to go. The eggs were soft and fluffy, and the sausage was delightfully meaty (no hard mystery bits that get stuck in your teeth), all signs of good quality ingredients. But let’s get into ✨THE BISCUIT!✨ It was crispy and buttery, like a croissant but better because the rich texture means it doesn’t leave those annoying, flakey crumbs all over your shirt after.
On top of the tasty bites, everyone working here was so stinking nice at 8AM on a Friday. Town Biscuits, you’ll be seeing me multiple times a week.

Biscuits Biscuits Biscuits! I’m always looking for great Biscuits. They have them here. Egg, bacon, cheese bfast sandwich good but bacon overcooked. The sage in the egg brings a different profile to the whole sandwich which was good. I do wonder what is the brand of the American cheese. Biscuits light and Fluffy. I hope they use real butter. Honey cinnamon butter flavorful! Strawberry jam yummy. Parking can be hard. Street is awful. Potholes everywhere! Would get again!

Ordered their biscuits two days in advance for a 10am pick up on Saturday. Nothing crazy: 1 plain biscuit, and 1 fried chicken biscuit. What is the point of ordering in advance if you have to stand in the cold to wait for it? Waited an additional 22 minutes. They are most definitely still figuring out their operations. Severely understaffed. The cashier is also the waitress is also the busser is also the runner. And that’s the front of house, can’t imagine what the back of house is like.
Verdict on the actual biscuits: Very plain, nothing extraordinary. I was surprised at how plain the fried chicken biscuit was. The chicken was flavorful but could use a sauce or something, maybe a pickle?
Not worth the wait. Wishing them the best tho. It’s tough being a small business.

The biscuits and gravy were super flavorful. Also getting to the building looks a bit sus, but it’s legit.

Food was amazing! We ordered the chicken biscuit and bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Biscuits were flaky and buttery. Only thing that bothered me was the wait time. Ordered in advance and still had to wait extra 30 mins. I’m hoping it’s just a new business working out the kinks. Will definitely be back to give it another shot

My wife and I enjoyed the food and received great service. They’ve only been in business a few months and haven’t got their sea legs. Be patient. Giving a small start up business a one star review after one visit is unhelpful. If I ever have a problem with the food or service I’ll speak directly to the staff. It IS tough being a small business. Why make it any tougher?
