Good burgers and coated fries.
Super irritating AI ordering system. It gives you no feedback on whether it got your order correct AND there is no viewing screen to see it either. The worst.
$12 for the basic combo meal… might as well go to Big Boy for that kind of money.
Bacon Cheese Burger was juicy and the Tomatoes and stuff were fresh.
Blue Raspberry slush was great.
Fries were the coated kind, but actually were crispy and tasty (normally coated fries are terrible).
Good meal, but they need to get a better order system.
Recommended, but with reservations.

By far the worst food I’ve ever gotten at a checkers the hamburger patties were cold and burnt. The food tasted like crap and poorly made. Absolutely disappointed we don’t get checkers very often and by far never will again

The automated order service does not work well. We ordered a regular loaded fries and got chicken and fries. We ordered two of the new glo-rilla meals with double cheeseburger, and we got just double cheeseburgers with fries and didn’t get any apple pies and they charged us just for double cheeseburgers and fries for five something instead of $4 for the meal. And I wanted iced tea but they gave me sweet tea so I ended up just throwing it out. Too many things went wrong with that automated system the entire order was wrong we were charged too much money for what we got and the food wasn’t even that good. I will say though when we realized we’ve got chicken and fries instead of loaded fries. I went back up but
We only realized i did not get the loaded fries. They did correct that part of the order & threw in 2 extra apple pie to make up for it. So i guess we got our order filled after the fact and only because i went back up. That AI ordering just didn’t work for us, it got the order all wrong & it cost us more money than it should of.

After my initial poor review one of the managers promptly reached out to see how he could rectify the situation. I appreciate the fact that the organization responds to feedback and tries to make it right when they mess up. This made the experience much better and easier for me to return to this location and have faith on them. I’m bumping my review up a couple stars based on the follow-up.
I don’t eat fast food very often but was curious about this place since it just opened. I wanted to try the “Mother Cruncher” to see how it stacked up against other chicken sandwiches. I was very disappointed. It looked and tasted sad. The chicken patty looked worse than the processed patties they use for the cheap, spicy chicken sandwich. My sandwich looked NOTHING like the pictures on the ads. Pic included of my actual sandwich if you don’t believe me. This is the kind of unsatisfactory food that turns customers away. I didn’t even finish the sandwich.
Fries were pretty good though. Thats why I bumped it up to 2 stars.

The only reason I gave this store a 1 is because the young lady at the drive thru window was very polite. I ordered their onion fries and couldn’t even bite into them they were rock hard. I ordered a cheeseburger that they confirmed I wanted lettuce, onion, tomatoe, pickles, cheese, ketchup and mustard. I agreed and received a cheeseburger with pickles and cheese. Do not go to this garden city location. The mgr argued with me about what I ordered. Forget them!!

I was sampling my chicken tendies on the way home and I realized I got some powdered sugar blasted tenders. Idk how it happened since my funnel cake fries were in a totally different bag but props to these guys for making something creative for me.
But I draw the line when they forgot my BBQ sauce. I was not happy about that. Nobody likes sauce-less chicken.
