Loved the service! But it would be nice if there was a trash can or two outside. I had to keep all of my trash in the car when it could have been easily tossed outside and I fear it almost encourages people to just toss little things out the door and those little things could make the outside messy. But overall, great service and my food was hot even at night. Thank you.

I like how the guy took his time making sure he got my order right, and was friendly and professional. People might want a rush but I like how it didn’t feel rushed but not slow at all, just kind of methodical doing his job perfectly. Good food too! Piping hot

Let me just say this was truly the best fast food experience I have ever had. Jacob at the front counter was top notch. He was so accommodating, even waved good bye to us as we left. We saw him walk food to the table to 4 exhausted landscapers. Foot was good and service was great. Thank you Jacob for making a fast food experience magical again

Went through the drive-through ordered two Junior cheeseburger deluxe. I was charged and given to Two junior bacon cheeseburger Deluxes. Went inside spoke with an employee not sure if it was the manager, but they had no care or concern about the issue. She just said why would she just put Junior bacon cheeseburger in the order? I said I don’t know cause I didn’t say bacon. She had no care or concern about our customers. Very nonchalant and probably in a position she should not be in when it comes to excellent customer service. .

Lately, it seems you’re always met with an immediate irritated or apathetic attitude from staff everywhere, especially fast food, but that was not my experience here tonight. In fact, my girlfriend and I had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and polite and paid attention to the details. Both of the guys working were very pleasant and our food was quick and good. I hope they can keep up the standards we appreciated tonight!

This Wendy’s is never prepared for customers. I don’t blame the employees, I blame the owner/operator. Pitiful. It’s been this way for a long time. This customer will NEVER return.
